All set up. Was quite a good transfer process this time usually have massive issues with the watch but worked first time.

Only apps I had issues with this time was NHS app and a couple of the banking apps but I get the added layer of security for those - I mean you're not supposed to write down log-ins and passwords are you...

Won't work...Only way you can do it is going into store or ordering a new eSim..utter madness, apparently its for security

I had to do that today and I will have to do it for my daughter who is having my 15pro

thats crazy, I’m on EE in the UK and was able to transfer to my new iPhone using Quick Start. Surely companies must recognise you need unbroken access.

mine arrived today, 25-30 window. Good old DPD.

Went black this time from a white 14 pro max. Black is simply the best colour isn’t it. Thing of beauty.

So those of you on O2, how do I transfer the esim across? I spoke to O2 on their live chat and they are sending me a new sim out, which I assume has my current number on? The esim switch process is all a bit confusing to me.

What method did you use, I remember my watch was a nightmare last year.

Just setting up now, one of of the setup screens it says ‘transfer your phone number’

Is this the equivalent of transferring the esim over to the new phone?

When are they replenishing their inventory? I want to order a 16 Pro Max now but all the in store pickups are unavailable. I could order for delivery but the estimated dates are Oct 15-22...

Edit: Nvm, I thought this was the US thread.

I called o2 and said I need to transfer E sim to my new iPhone and o2 will send the E sim to your my o2 app. Open the my o2 app on new phone and install new E sim

I had many issues with the watch, maybe I paired 5~6 times...

Just a question to all, what's the manufacturing country of yours? I'm pretty sure I read something like most of the production would be in India and my 16PM was made in China.

It really seems that people go for the Pro Max these days instead of the Pro. Most networks/Apple are saying you have to wait weeks for the Pro Max whereas the Pro is in stick in a lot of places...

I do find it annoying that Apple are saying 1-9th October but EE is 1-3 days.

I can’t be bothered to faff refunding and getting new finance with EE though

What was not the same, the size perhaps ?
LOL well yes! i was hoping my eyes would manage with it as it’s a bit bigger than the 15Pro .. also, I need the battery to really last. It brought it home to me when I got taken to hospital in a foreign country and only had my phone on me! I was very glad of the promax!

Still waiting for my 16pm silver titanium 256GB o2 contract upgrade!

Still says up to 3 weeks delivery estimate! Looks like next week or week after as per what other website/companies say!

Anyone with o2 who ordered a 16pm got anymore info on delivery or is it really 3-4 weeks

Interesting thank you. And that worked flawlessly? I’ll message them in the morning to see if I can get the same!

Once you get used to the bigger screen it's hard to go back. Prior to the dual sim iPhones I was often, simultaneously using a 6 Plus & 7 Plus. If the need for two iPhones arose again, only then would I go for a smaller iPhone as the secondary device.

Yeah the guy in the o2 shop said that it’s this way due to security. Not quite sure that’s true, the web chat said they can post you a new QR code. I don’t see how sending a QR code to your account registered email is a security risk. My thought is they don’t have the process set up to quick transfer. Might go back to physical sim

That’s different to what I was told on web chat and in store. Interesting and thanks

Nope - the Pro screen this time is bigger than the Pros of old, hence my move from 15PM to 16P.

Decent-sized screen plus 5x.
