not all true im with ee and ive been informed mines in ready for dispatch and couple others have their dpd tracking info.

Yeah I’m annoyed with Three. I ordered on the 27th with them when they’re website still said “pick up in store Nov 3rd”. I spoke to one of their twitter customer supervisors today asking to check my order delivery date, they asked for the day I ordered (weird because I expected them to ask for the order number) and what configuration I got. The guy got back to me and said I won’t be getting it to the 17th now?!

Although I’m still holding out hope for the 3rd because that’s the estimated delivery date on the order email and they did they’d email if there was a change in the delivery date and I haven’t recieved anything yet.
 
Anyone else not been charged yet for an in store pickup on Friday? My card was declined on Sunday for some reason so had to call the bank and tell them it was fine to process and then resubmitted the card on the Apple website but still haven’t been charged again.

Absolutely shambolic, I remember when they released tariffs for the 6 later than the other carriers and told them it was worth the wait because they had good deals and then everyone was angry because the deals were so terrible. That's the year I moved to o2.

I've got the red silicone, and it's a darker red to my iPhone 7's silicone's product red.

Vodafone seems to be messing around now too. Ordered on 27th before the pre-order started..they were talking orders btw. Was promised 3rd Nov delivery. Their track order page shows 25 November. Spoke to multiple people they all say it will be delivered on the 3rd November but CS on twitter said otherwise. Equally, I read that some here placed order after me but have an earlier delivery date. Really awful.

I had the same problem as I had paid via Apple Pay.
There was a glitch on the apple site so it wouldn’t let you either re-submitt or submit a different card.
I called them 1st thing Monday morning and they manually enter my card details and all is fine now.

I used to pre-order with Vodafone as soon as possible on pre-order day and always got a phone on release date. The trick is to just wait and if you get the first email confirming the order you should be fine. The biggest mistake people can make is phoning them up, and you then risk some clown fiddling around with your order and going down the queue.

I ordered on the 27th at around 750am. My delivery date was actually 30th of October. Spoke to live chat yesterday and it's due by 10th of November. 64gb space grey.
