Yep....and iMessage syncing is messed up until they do!!On your current phone go to iCloud make sure pictures, contacts, notes and whate ever else you want saved are checked, then when setting up the phone set it up as a new iphone, when you login to iCloud these settings will download - this is what I usually do for a new phone.
Shame iMessage icloud backup isnt ready yet
So, I've got my tracking number for DPD, problem is, I'm heading down (from Leeds) to Center Parcs (Elvedon) tomorrow at about 9am.
Do you think if I select the "Collect from DPD Pickup Shop" option in the app now, that I'll be able to collect at 9am before I head south?
Otherwise I have to wait until tuesday

Do an iTunes backup and archive it of your old phone (just in case). Provided you have iCloud setup for your photos, contacts, documents, etc, then you just setup as a new phone with your existing Apple ID.DPD will make deliveries to pickup shops throughout the day, they aren't prioritized from past experience. Their systems do not seem to be in sync. I ordered on the 27th, promised 3rd Nov delivery. Their track my phone page says delivery on 25th Nov. I have been chatting with them and they managed to today give me a tracking number. Guy on the other end said it will be with me tomorrow since they already have a tracking number. Try chatting with them.
