Me neither which is why I had to call, DPD said that I had to ask Apple, Apple said it takes 24 hours, I called DPD back, escalated to a manager and he eventually said they would do it for free, probably just to get me off the phone

Yep, I had a watch strap left in the basket, thought that deleting it would waste a little time, and it was 08:09 when I eventually got through. Paid via apple pay and the money was taken straight away, as I found out in the wallet!!

I did ring DPD though and asked if the option might become available at some point. They said once they actually have the package then it should appear. Fingers crossed! Otherwise knowing my luck, I'll get a delivery slot of 5-6pm lol.
I have just called DPD though the app and they couldn’t “upgrade” the delivery time as he said for this specific parcel! We will get an allocated time slot tomorrow and that’s it...nothing we can do before then!

I chatted Apple about this as I’ve done the same but they told me to turn up in the time slot and that they couldn’t change it...maybe try calling and see if they say anything different to you?
Hello all, just for information, my delivery date has moved
I ordered the Silver 256 model around 1pm (yeah I know, I was unsure on colour!) I as initially given a 5-6 week lead time, 4th Dec - 11th Dec. Checking the order today, it's now 24th November - 1st December...
