Nothing Is working for me OJ website or app tried since 8 sharp
I paid for 08:30-10:30am upgraded delivery as well and the DPD app says it is still at the depot
I wasn’t talking postal orders.
This is all for orders collected instore.
Online reservation opening tomorrow morning is store stock.
Preorder via the Apple online store is Ireland despatched to store for pickup.
Why are you worried? It just means it’s not out for delivery yet. DPD usually go out later.
They are often slow to update in the morning. It’s nothing to worry about.
Mine is still showing as being on the way to the local depot. It’s been like that since yesterday evening, and it’s had about 100 miles to travel.
They need someone to do some data entry/scanning. It will probably all update in the next hour or so when it will suddenly be out for delivery.
The last time I didn't get a delivery slot for my last parcel before 8AM I ended up not receiving it for 3 days after that, bringing back bad memories thats all
So what happens to the phones that were ordered at pre-order and for whatever reason are not collected?
I doubt they are returned to Ireland, are they then deemed store stock or excess pre-order stock?
JL App working fine for me (have one coming from Apple today, but just curious) look to have them in stock still too
Actually you can send texts and make calls if it’s signed into iCloud the same as you can on an iPad or Mac using calls on other devices
The App works, but you can't check out. Same as the browser.
Mine is coming with UK mail, it’s yet to be dispatched but I know for certain my phone number is outdated- is there any way to change this or to find out a delivery slot elsewhere?

John Lewis site and app has crashed
managed to get to entering the 3 digit code and now it has just ground to a halt saying there was a technical problem, please resubmit :-(
The JL site froze for me when selecting delivery type. Was trying for 2pm click and collect, did anyone get that far?
