I think your time is one of the latest I’ve seen move. I have a theory Apple do these in batches - and there’s only so many of us on this thread - so there may still be hope for us.

Just called Apple to correct payment,

Order gone back to 'order in progress', I believe this happened to others here today and it eventually went back to preparing?

The customer service guy wouldn't tell me anything more....in fact he tried to play around a lot with stuff like "do you want the good news or the bad news" "the good news is there is no bad news" haha.

There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it because people with confirmation emails sent after 8:11 have had theirs move to PFD already.

I was late as it rejected my first attempt to pay via Apple Pay so I had to add another card to it!
