The customer service guy wouldn't tell me anything more....in fact he tried to play around a lot with stuff like "do you want the good news or the bad news" "the good news is there is no bad news" haha.

I think your time is one of the latest I’ve seen move. I have a theory Apple do these in batches - and there’s only so many of us on this thread - so there may still be hope for us.
