Wish I didn't have to put a damnper on things... but I'm already on my second X... and this one is going back tomorrow.
First one had 3D Touch issues and failed the diagnostics at the Genius Bar. They swapped it out, but I didn't get chance to look over this one in detail... noticed today it has three dents in the steel, just where it meets the screen.

Don't get me wrong, the dents aren't big... but once seen, they can't be unseen. If they have no other stock to replace this one, I'm just getting a refund.

Expect perfection for my £999!

Mine was an 8.10am confirmation and has been preparing for dispatch since this morning. At 8pm tonight it changed to dispatched! It’s happening!!
They must have a huge number to fulfill as we’ve been watching the minutes of confirmation emails change for the past couple of days!

Ooo just seen it’s with DPD .. that’s my pal Stephen then! Always comes between 11.45 and 12.45!! I live in the middle of Wales so never get to choose a delivery slot!!

PFD this morning around 10/11-ish and only went to dispatched after 6pm - so about 7-8 hours

Glad to be in a window for DPD delivery tomorrow, but was forced to pick an hour window then only offered 4pm to 5pm!

Will be watching the clock hands all day now, this will be agonising.

Well my Apple pre order from the 27th, with an order time of 08:11 for a 64GB SG has been PFD all day. Cant see it going tonight. Hopefully be dispatched tomorrow for a Friday delivery.

Usually it should happen by the end of the day if your order went to PFD before 6PM.

I completely agree! I’ve swapped out iPhones for the littlest of things. If I’m paying this much, I don’t want defects out of the box.

256 GB Silver Confirmation email was 0810

Mine went to PFD at 1015 this morning and to to Delivery at 2000. I received an email from DPD at 2035 asking me to choose a time slot. I chose 1000 - 1100 tomorrow morning. Very happy with the service!
