Doesn't it show the tracking number when you log into your account and view your orders? (You have to click 'Track Your Delivery' to see it.)

You can’t actually register fully until you get assigned a phone number ... which doesn’t happen until you get your phone. So you just get an error to come back later whenever you try and login. Shambles

If you're with ukmail & due delivery on Monday 13th. You can go to their depot & pick it up today Saturday 11th.

First, check online if it's at the delivery location

Yes you can. I have done it for a few of the guys in here last week.

Follow the prompts and it’ll ask for he collectors derails. Simply put your wife’s details and she can collect.

Stock remains in all configs in all London stores.

I’d you have a friend on iUP already, get them to reserve one for you. All central London stores have all configs for up.

Dpd is probably the biggest courier service in Europe, but this sucks....

You’ll have to check at 6am. I think they opened the reservation page slightly later this morning.

Guys - just order the phone as normal, even if you want to do Upgrade program - and when you go to collect (you’ll have 2 weeks to do so, ignore the 30 min reservation window), convert to upgrade program. They’ll do the whole process in store, and if for whatever reason you don’t get approved for the loan, just cancel the order.

I did this with two phones on two different days.

Anyway you can reserve one for me? Seen few people on here do it for others? And then just change the pick up name to mine and I’ll tell them I want to pay outright? Been here everyday 6am and the only day I have a lay in is the day stock came in. Please let me know

No need to call CS. Just take a chance and go there if you're not living far from the depot

No I am in the next batch which is the 24-1, which I know they aren’t going to move on to until they clear all the 13-20 orders.

Finally got an estimated delivery date from EE. 14th-20th Nov.

Better than I was expecting to be fair, considering they didn't even confirm the order until 2wks after it was placed.

Managed to grab a SG 256 at Regents Street store this morning just picked it up, They seem a little surprised it wasn't on the iUP scheme. Lots of up selling going on, screen protectors, cases, AppleCare... Now to cancel the other two orders.
