Just got my Apple care email.

Even checked my serial number and it’s all good. :D

I also love that it expires on the 14/09/20.

Lost a week doing it this way

I know it's only a week over 2 years but still, that not how it should work. Least in my option. You should get your full 1 year and extra year from the day you receive the item surely!?

In the app, there should be an option to upgrade the delivery, then choose tomorrow’s date and select the time slot. The earliest is 8.30 to 10.30.
I use DPD a lot and they always deliver to me at around 4-5pm.

Is there a dpd app on the iTunes Store?

I received a notification from DPD this morning telling me that a delivery had been redirected to my local Halfords at my request. I have just found out that the parcel is my iPhone!!!!! Very worrying......... DPD have at least one recorded incident of driver theft.

When I received the iMac, I had the same issue. I called up apple care after I had received the computer and asked them to change the dates.

They checked the delivery dates (from the courier) and updated it to the date it was delivered to my door.

I'd implore anyone looking to throw more money away for an early delivery slot to consider putting the £5 or £10 towards a charity that could probably do with the money more than you need the phone a couple of hours earlier.

Get where you coming from but I do give to the charity of my choose regardless of this. I think people want to move their deliveries and pay thats up to them.

Despite my order being stuck at 'processing' on the O2 website, having just spoke to O2 online, they assure me that I am in the batch of preparing to dispatch, and are 'hopeful' my phone will arrive tomorrow. Here's hoping, cos I've got the day off work!

Anyone else having problems with nothing showing on DPD tracking via iPhone X? (Google chrome)
[doublepost=1537447594][/doublepost]
So are we all DPD this year? Did Apple ditch UPS and U.K. Mail?
DPD is FAR more reliable I’m not surprised. UPS and DHL are terrible

So, DPD doesnt usually send out a text until 11am with their delivery slots.

Does anyone know whats the procedure with UK Mail and their delivery slots?

I placed an order at 11:22 today and received the confirmation email at 11:30 and then another email saying it has been successfully processed. They have also claimed the funds in my bank acc unlike apple hence I cancelled the order

Have you received a dispatched notification?
