Ordered 15/9/18, just had my dispatch notification from DPD for my iPhone XS

Well I got a notification this morning my Xs Max is going to be delivered by DPD tomorrow. Happy days. I’m glad it’s not U.K. Mail. I can’t wait till tomorrow.

Am making an early dash to the nearest store early tomorrow to get the watch. Presently it is 4 wks waiting time. So am hoping to get one. If no movement on the phone, will try to get one too

Does anybody know how to track on the UKMAIL site? They are asking for a consignment number. But all I have from Apple are a tracking number and an order number. None works.
I want to see my slot and all of that stuff tomorrow morning

My guess, based on nothing of fact, is that the next wave of deliveries will start seeing movement tomorrow!

I ordered AppleCare at the same time as the phone. In the past I have had the Applecare agreement come by email a few days before the phone, this time I have heard nothing about it. Has anybody heard anything about AppleCare?

I know what you mean but all the options are taking me to dead ends to go online! I've pressed 0 and mashed a couple of other buttons but nothing. I'll probably just contact Apple about it tbh..

Just keep pressing # and you'll skip the options and get through to someone.

I've had them after the device at times. But you could always get your serial numbers from your invoice (on the Apple orders page) and do a warranty check

Usually get a proof of coverage email.

Just paid £10 to get my EE order to arrive before 10.30. Although my other DPD order from Apple for my watch doesn’t give me any upgrade options. Fingers crossed they arrive together!

Actually.. my serial number for Watch doesn't work on the Check coverage website yet and the phone tells me I need to Activate it.

Just got my Apple care email.

Even checked my serial number and it’s all good.

I also love that it expires on the 14/09/20.

This is only for those who have ordered from other carriers. Apple havent even handed the phones over to the couriers yet.

How do you upgrade dpd delivery time?

In the app, there should be an option to upgrade the delivery, then choose tomorrow’s date and select the time slot. The earliest is 8.30 to 10.30.
I use DPD a lot and they always deliver to me at around 4-5pm.

Ordered a 256gb Max from Apple on launch day, delivery date September 24 - October 1, stuck on processing, ordered the same phone on Sky mobile today at 12:30, already had the despatched email.

Looking in my Apple store orders, the phone was actually dispatched on the 15/9/18. That must have been when it left China.
