Interesting 🧐 everyone in the UK got charged but nothing changes in status
Apple is probably laughing at us brits and making us wait as a joke
Anyone ordered the 12.9” iPad Pro from EE? I placed an order a week ago and got an email today saying that my order is on track. But they haven’t provided a delivery date. Hopefully it will get delivered later this week.
What a very odd and strange way of Apple doing things this year, surely they knew when the shipments would arrive into UK, and able to determine date delivery slots for people ordering on release day…
It was also a joke trying to order one, with items jumping out of the bag…. not very ‘Apple like’ this time around

I have also been charged now. 12.9 1TB Space Grey. Order is still processing with estimated delivery 21 - 27 May. Ordered within 8 minutes of preorders opening

I don’t think it will be a good idea to change it, I just call Apple asking why my order is still processing. The guy just kept telling me do not change or touch anything on my order, it will be delivered ASAP. LOL
Been charged here as well but status still says processing. I ordered at 13:01 and got the 256gb space grey 12.9”
Yeh they didn’t close the store, maybe that’s what caused the issues
I believe the website works from an old platform, could be the cause
Yes. If you go via the apple.com site and login with your credentials you can change your payment. I had to do this as my payment card was declined. I updated it with the latest card and I can see that Apple have now charged my card for my iPad 12.9 Pro.

Thank thats what I thought, hopefully it all goes through, we have joint accounts. if hubby purchased with his credit card with same number things would have been okay when I use it, it sometimes gets put on hold. I only used credit card online for security. Not bothered about the dates of arrival.
maybe you should keep eyes on your email, they will tell you if the payment been declined. Then you can change to another card
I informed my CC to expect a large payment from Apple last week incase security blocked it

For clarity mine is a PayPal payment direct from my bank account. So probably won’t show as gone from my bank for 2 days
