I can confirm. I've also been charged for this now. The Apple Store still shows 'processing'.

The original email was 21-27 May and the Apple Store Order Status says 27 May.

My 12.9” Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard Case, which is still sitting with ‘Arrives 21st - 27th May’, now has the cost amount pending from my bank account. So fingers crossed, same goes for the iPad Pro

One question, is the money pending Or have they settled the amount in full and debited it?

and online orders for the pro currently says unavailable for collection. Wonder if that’ll change Friday morning, and how short notice you can arrange a pickup.

Usually you can pickup within a few hours; I've even seen within 30 mins offered before; hopefully will be able to order Thur Night / Friday

Thanks for the welcome! Actually the device cost is the same price (O2 separates device cost from the tariff). Plus O2 allows the cost to be spread over 48 months at 0% interest). It's better value for me than eg using a credit card.

I went with O2 as I get a discount, but they are shockingly back about any hint as to when it will arrive. I ordered within the first 2 minutes of it going live, and it said 3 weeks, but no-one at o2 can tell me if I will be getting it on Friday or not. They just say that I will get a text or email when it's with the courier for delivery. I am away for work from Monday, and had hoped to be taking it with me, but doubting that right now!

I just got a notification from the Apple newsroom that the new iMacs, iPad Pros and Apple TV will all be "in stores" on Friday, so that suggests we should get ours delivered then. And if not, get to a store early!

i ordered within 3 minutes so fingers crossed. If not I might try and grab from a shop at the weekend - either JL or apple. Been without my iPad for nearly a month now and my phone is hating me for it

It is a 'Pending' transaction. But this wasn't there before. They only charge just before dispatch. It will settle within the next few days.

Interesting to note that if you went to order an Apple TV or a Siri Remote from the Apple UK website now, delivery says from 26 May. My Apple TV and Siri remote order made a few mins after preorders went live still says 27 May.

I think this has been said on this thread, but if you go in to the order, click edit under your address and email. Then scroll to the bottom and re enter the email, click save and you should see the date range it gave you when you ordered.
