Mine is still on "it has departed from China" but nothing else yet... hoping by the end of today it will arrive in Bahrain, or another stopover around the Middle East.

Mine landed last night at East Midlands Airport (from Bahrain) and made its way to DHL Delivery Facility Heathrow, from where I hope it will get put on a truck and sent to me.

Apple still saying delivery Monday, but I would be surprised now if it wasn't today or tomorrow.

Just got a text to say it's out for delivery. Hmm.... 🤔

Edit: I guess there's been a lag on the DHL tracking page. Its all updated to say the same as you @playtech1 - it arrived yesterday in the UK and will be delivered today.

Mine started in Shanghai then was 'EAST CHINA AREA'. It only had one 'Processed' at each step but I think that just means it was scanned rather than anything interesting happening.

And I have just received a text from Apple saying it's out for delivery today too and the DHL tracking updated to say it's with the courier for delivery. I am of course at the office today...

Just a heads up, normally once the MacBooks get into the UK during the night they tend to be delivered the same day most of the time.

Thanks for the confirmation. Was getting a little concerned too. Especially as it sat for 96 hours at "Sent To Manufacturing".

Here's hoping there will be a Bahrain update this evening
Im sure we will see some movement this evening/tonight. Last time my MacBook stopped over at Hong Kong first

If any of you have any flight info that our Macs could be on please post them. I wouldn't have a clue where to begin to look lol

So for reference, from being picked up in Shanghai... to delivered in the UK is going to be 5 days in total for mine.

Original delivery estimate was 7th to 10th. Then it was the 10th of November until it changed mid-morning today.

So mine was picked up Wednesday morning uk time so im probably looking at Monday delivery. Which I said last week it would be the 13th

We need to find the flights out of china lol - first Mac I've bought on launch day since the 2014 5K iMac and I've missed this feeling. We're gonna have some awesome machines in just a few days :)

This is my at least 4th time in a row buying the 16" version since 2019 lol, I need to stop now I think and wait a few years.

As for the flights, don't ask me lol

aha niceeee - I've had an M1 Pro 16" I bought new off eBay at the end of 2021 which was really a tester to see if I could convert from the iMac to a laptop+monitor lifestyle. I've been extremely happy with the setup so going all in now.

Any tips on migration assistant? I've heard that its a pain to get thunderbolt transfer to enable (rather than defaulting to wifi) so any experience on that would be helpful - roughly 950GB to transfer so really want to avoid wifi migration...

It was a lot easier tracking the UPS shipping as the individual parcels were scanned at each stop across the world. With the last DHL apple shipping I had, after leaving China, the next update I received was when the pallet was broken up in Europe and the individual packages were scanned. Nowhere near as much fun :-(

Laptop safely delivered - handily beating the original estimate of 16-20 November by some margin.

I hope everyone else on this thread gets theirs ahead of schedule too. For flight tracking I think we know that it will come into the UK via East Midlands Airport, so a quick hunt on cargo arrivals there produces a few possible DHL flights that can be narrowed down through a bit of deduction.
