Apple publishes education prices - https://www.apple.com/uk-edu/shop/buy-mac - you’ll need to verify employment or education status in the usual way to order.

As mentioned, there’s a £100 discount on a Mac Mini but also 10% off any upgrades when configuring BTO.

My partner works for the NHS and she gets a discount that looks the same as mine (I worked at a university). She uses Blue Light but also uses a NHS discount online service (she’s found that what’s listed at BL isn’t always up to date - I know Apple used to do a discount for that scheme but not sure if they still do). Also, she’s got a discount in-store (one time it was buying an something for me that I didn’t think would get a discount - think it was a third-party case - but when she asked about NHS it did).

Also, in my experience, UK premium resellers also offer some kind of discount (and sometimes better than Apple) so companies like https://www.krcs.co.uk/nhs-discount can be worth contacting.
Wow thanks. That would take my £1400 order with Apple down to £1265 with krcs. Hmmmmm....

Glad to be of help! It’s quite a saving as you say. Have also noticed that KRCS are offering a slight discount to any buyers - wonder if that’s related to preorder.

Yes I think there is a default £30 off on the base with them. I now have the dilemma of cancelling my Apple order and going with KRCS and save £130, vs the benefit of a no quibble return period and known delivery date with Apple which KRCS don't have for custom builds.

Ordered 2 M4 MacMini's

1st one is the M4 MacMini 512GB SSD 16GB Ram, delivers 8th November.
2nd one is the M4 Pro 16/20 512GB SSD 24GB Ram, delivers 25th November - 2nd December.

I have had notifications this morning that DPD and DHL have been advised about my Apple Shipments. I ordered a base M4 and a base M4 Pro to see which one works best for me.

It's all very odd. Mine is still projected for delivery tomorrow, but it hasn't even been dispatched yet. I hope it's coming from somewhere local and not from Shanghai!

Mine hasn't shipped according to apple, but I received notification in the dpd app this morning they have my order details for delivery tomorrow.

I ordered an M4 Pro Mac mini that originally said it would arrive Fri-08-Nov.

It left Hong Kong earlier today, and both the Apple website and & UPS are telling em it will arrive Mon-11-Nov. Gah!

Just got the shipping notification for my Base M4 Mini. Will arrive tomorrow. According to the tracking its coming from Prague with DHL (I am in Germany)

Edit: Whoops, wrong thread :D

If yours is not a BTO device it should already be in the country. I have had shipping confirmation now for delivery by DPD and DHL tomorrow.

Mine has shipped too (16GB/512GB) and is due to arrive tomorrow by DPD - which is usually the carrier I get Apple Store orders via.
