I think you're the nearest person in this thread to me, I'm in Andover. Except yours is coming from Northampton, and mine from Nuneaton. So that's as clear as mud then

TNT status says (Please call) tht probably means tht it wont be delivered on friday
Not necessarily, its said that for a lot of people who are on track to get theirs on Thursday or Friday.
What else does the tracker tell you about where your ipad is?

I was hopeful, but it's slipping....
Apple's site says delivery on the 27th (subject to change) and TNT's website says "out for delivery". This is in York and my nearest depot is Leeds so I'm hopeful for a delivery tomorrow
Didn't a lot of people get theirs a day early in the US? I'm guessing it's probably because the couriers can't guarantee that many deliveries in one day so rather than some people getting them late, they get them early instead.

yeah i'm a TNT UK - Nuneaton person and my concern is this rubbish that TNT told me about not delivering until Saturday or next week! Need to stop obsessing…as I keep telling myself, stop obsessing…I keep saying

case it was just to say it will be delivered tomorrow. Well that's the story I was spun anyway.
In my General Studies exam today I had a question on the benefits of the internet for individuals; so I wrote about new technologies improving our lives, such as the iPad!
Same thing I was told, that it would be delivered tomorrow between 8am-6pm, and that I could call tomorrow morning if I want an update.
I think its still possible for a lot of you, a lot of this stuff normally moves from hubs to depots at night.
The thing that most makes me think they will try to do a load on Thursday is that the drivers that do the final delivery are going to be rather busy, they and people further up the chain will have several very busy days, and trying to do it all on Friday seems like a recipe for doom.
However I will be now be quite surprised indeed if I get mine on Thursday because mine is one of the international stragglers that hasnt yet shown up at Northampton, having been 11 or 12 hours behind most of the other ones that went to Arnhem. And as those ones only just showed up at Northampton, I doubt mine stands much chance unless TNT send a second wave of local hub->customer vans out later tomorrow.

As long as you justify your opinions in the exam, you get marks. I think I did a pretty good job justifying the iPad to whoever marks it. Oh and of course I did write some other stuff as well!

Just spoke to TNT on the phone. The guy checked my consignment and gave me a cast-iron guarantee that it would be delivered tomorrow.
My second UPS status just changed to Origin Scan.... oh please let there be some magic happen tomorrow!
Mine as well ... Currently in Northampton at 22.06 but showing as 'In Transit'.
I hope that means it's in transit to my local TNT depot!
