My blue braided loop is due for delivery tomorrow after being due in the middle of November š
I'm very frustrated by the launch this year. I ordered within 4-5 minutes of the end of the presentation and yet my delivery date was originally 24th to 28th. Mine is one of the watches that's showing in Eindhoven with an estimated delivery date of the 28th. I wasn't given the option of store pickup when I ordered otherwise I'd have done that.
I can't help feel that Apple have really dropped the ball on the orders this year, it's the first time I've not had a new watch on launch day.

I know right, it's bloody annoying... I've never had a shipping notification and then had to wait for any movement for this long before. I'd rather it still said Preparing to Ship!
Same boat here with no movement from DHL and 28th delivery date. Itās odd how little location info those with DHL shipping have compared to UPS. Remaining optimistic for end of the week perhaps

DHL in Eindhoven? Itās the exact same for me. I called After Sales here in Germany yesterday and they assured me Iād get it by Friday or āprobably even a day earlierā, which Iām starting to doubt if the tracking doesnāt update by tomorrow.
Itās really annoying how such a wealthy company canāt do this properly. Last time I checked, a flight from China to Europe doesnāt take 4 days.
They did a card check on the 15th and payment was taken on the 16th but as I posted earlier, it's still sitting in the Netherlands with the 28th as the delivery date.
I ordered a braided band in a smaller size yesterday. It said delivery in November.
Itās showing as arriving today! Just thought it might be helpful if anyone else has ordered the wrong size with their watch. Iām just going to sell the original band.

Iām also quite frustrated with how slow the delivery is. No update from DHL since Friday, still stuck in the Netherlands. I wish I had just waited and picked one up in store.

Series 6 Graphite ordered two days ago with a date of 27th October. Jumped forward to 6th October yesterday and now preparing to ship. Thats fast.
Same frustration! Ordered 2 min after the shop was open again, CC booked on Thursday. No move since days from the Netherlands. But the Apple Care works since 2 days. I pretty sure the DHL don't move before the 28.09. because they have no other instructions from Apple. DHL only reacts when Apple give instructions th deliver.

My status is showing shipped, money taken. Itās saying arrives October 8th. This is the date I was given when I ordered it so itās not a surprise. But if the watch had actually been shipped, surely it wonāt take 2 weeks to come form Holland to the Uk?
The watch hasnāt been shipped. By āshippedā, Apple doesnāt mean āwe shipped it to youā like any other company would.
They mean āwe shipped it from Apple in China to Apple in Holland, and then when we feel like it, weāll hand it over to DHL, but weāll just pretend that it already counts as shipped lol.ā
Oh and btw, did you know that flying from China to Eindhoven apparently takes a week? Pretty cool how a plane can stay in the air for so long according to Apple After Sales support
āShippedā simply means they pressed a button to move it to the next stage, and made it impossible to cancel an online order. The stock hasnāt been moved in any way. I tried to cancel my order last Friday when it was available in-store, but they wouldnāt do it because it was āshippedā and due soon
