So odd, I ordered a sport loop and braided loop yesterday. Sport loop due to be delivered 25-28 September and is sitting at processing. Whilst the braided due to be delivered end of November, but that's now sitting at preparing to ship! Honestly very confusing.

My blue braided loop is due for delivery tomorrow after being due in the middle of November ?

STILL nothing from DHL, still hasn’t even left Eiendhoven. Apple Store app telling me it’s slipped to 28th but order status page online still saying Friday. I hope it’s Friday otherwise my trade in price-lock might get cancelled :/

I'm very frustrated by the launch this year. I ordered within 4-5 minutes of the end of the presentation and yet my delivery date was originally 24th to 28th. Mine is one of the watches that's showing in Eindhoven with an estimated delivery date of the 28th. I wasn't given the option of store pickup when I ordered otherwise I'd have done that.

I can't help feel that Apple have really dropped the ball on the orders this year, it's the first time I've not had a new watch on launch day.

I know right, it's bloody annoying... I've never had a shipping notification and then had to wait for any movement for this long before. I'd rather it still said Preparing to Ship!

Same boat here with no movement from DHL and 28th delivery date. It’s odd how little location info those with DHL shipping have compared to UPS. Remaining optimistic for end of the week perhaps :)

DHL in Eindhoven? It’s the exact same for me. I called After Sales here in Germany yesterday and they assured me I’d get it by Friday or “probably even a day earlier”, which I’m starting to doubt if the tracking doesn’t update by tomorrow.

It’s really annoying how such a wealthy company can’t do this properly. Last time I checked, a flight from China to Europe doesn’t take 4 days.

I ordered a braided band in a smaller size yesterday. It said delivery in November.
It’s showing as arriving today! Just thought it might be helpful if anyone else has ordered the wrong size with their watch. I’m just going to sell the original band.
My watch is one of the ones saying Eindhoven with no updates since Friday. It says 28/9 so I’ll have a band before a watch!

Out for delivery. It left Gloucester just after 6.

Is yours one of the ones from Eindhoven?

I’m also quite frustrated with how slow the delivery is. No update from DHL since Friday, still stuck in the Netherlands. I wish I had just waited and picked one up in store.

Finally turned up at 5:30pm!

I am waiting for the same blue combination!

No. It went from China to Germany to the U.K. Also UPS not DHL.

Same frustration! Ordered 2 min after the shop was open again, CC booked on Thursday. No move since days from the Netherlands. But the Apple Care works since 2 days. I pretty sure the DHL don't move before the 28.09. because they have no other instructions from Apple. DHL only reacts when Apple give instructions th deliver.

My status is showing shipped, money taken. It’s saying arrives October 8th. This is the date I was given when I ordered it so it’s not a surprise. But if the watch had actually been shipped, surely it won’t take 2 weeks to come form Holland to the Uk?

The watch hasn’t been shipped. By “shipped”, Apple doesn’t mean “we shipped it to you” like any other company would.

They mean “we shipped it from Apple in China to Apple in Holland, and then when we feel like it, we’ll hand it over to DHL, but we’ll just pretend that it already counts as shipped lol.”

Oh and btw, did you know that flying from China to Eindhoven apparently takes a week? Pretty cool how a plane can stay in the air for so long according to Apple After Sales support

“Shipped” simply means they pressed a button to move it to the next stage, and made it impossible to cancel an online order. The stock hasn’t been moved in any way. I tried to cancel my order last Friday when it was available in-store, but they wouldn’t do it because it was “shipped” and due soon
