I did some research and apparently it’s Apple’s fault. They put restrictions on our deliveries. I’m not sure how they detirmed outs needed restrictions though because on the other thread most people were able to do it themselves.

I didn't receive my tracking number from Apple yet (still shows preparing to ship) but UPS My Choice shows me having a package coming from China with an ETA of this Friday. Fingers crossed!
Nobody has received tracking number from Apple. That’s how everyone is been finding their tracking. Just like how you did lol.
My UPS app updated to say “Date tentative” for 9/21 delivery. Anyone get the same? Also, package been sitting at ZhengZhou since yesterday.
Happens every year. Don’t worry. We will get our phones Friday.
My iPhone and Watch both have tracking numbers from China in my UPS app, but still no shipping notice from Apple. Both of them are in transit. I have already setup mine up to be deliver to the UPS-CC for me to go pick up right after they open. This way I don't have to sit at home waiting on it to be delivered. Glad some of the guys told me about that as I didn't know you could do this.

Yes the exception is that you've asked them to hold it for pick-up so this seems to be normal.

So anyone experienced the CC as unavailable before? I tried to do this just now for both my watch and phone, and the Austin, TX CC shows as unavailable.
Yea, I cannot find the UPS CC in the list for Los Angeles area. Only UPS stores and other small retailers.
So on the UPS app, its just not there. But on the website, on a computer, I can see it, it's just dimmed out and says unavailable. You cannot select it. I have a buddy who was able to change his in Houston.
Finally figured out how to find my order with UPS - and there it is! I hope my Max had a nice visit in Korea.
Just call ups and tell them to give you the info to the closest CC. That’s what I did 6 years ago.
