Ups always delivers late to my home. They have a hub in Mesa and I live in Chandler, borders Gilbert and they deliver my stuff after 6 PM every time. So I am not waiting at home for the package, instead at work relaxed as I know It will be delivered after 6:00 PM, after I get home from Work.

I work for Usps. I was excited to see my phone was shipping Usps express mail. Not happy to see delivery isn't until Monday? Wtf? Yet wife's phone shipped fed ex and will be here in a few hours. Oh and Usps ships their express items on fed ex planes!! So picked up on Thursday delivers Monday although their two day express should be Saturday delivery. If it comes tomorrow I guess ok but if Monday I'll be mad at att for their shipping choice

Anyone here in Arizona having trouble with UPS? Mine came to Phoenix, where I live!, and then went to Tucson and UPS put "we incorrectly shipped your package to the wrong facility, your package will be delayed by one business day"

A friend of mine has his stick in Louisville!

And my girlfriends phone says 9/17 for no reason at all!
How many packages does UPS deliver daily? Geez, they made a mistake. you'll get your phone Monday.

I never had stupid trouble like this with FedEx or even USPS!

Since human beings run all of the above, there will always be human error regardless of the carrier. I use USPS almost every day for things I buy and sell, and they have more than their fair share of errors. I've personally have had issues with FedEx as well. It depends on the day and time, but they all have issues.

UPS delayed my delivery (silver 7 plus) by a day without a good explanation. They did upgrade me to Saturday delivery. Maybe I'll be able to pick it up from the processing center tonight.

They said they didn't get the truck unloaded in time which is BS, because my iPhone is in Tempe and they won't let me pick it up, but I rather have it tomorrow then Monday :), when is yours due to arrive?
Just says unavailable. I hope tomorrow too. I got work Monday so nobody would be home to sign and I don't trust Pre-Sign

My Lab alerts when the UPS/FedEX truck is a block away.

That said, there is a reason Amazon is launching an end run around these two shippers. UPS in particular, has been awful of late. FedEX has lied about delivery exceptions. It is just a mess due to humans not caring about their jobs.

UPS is horrible. I've been here all day but the lazy driver decided to lie and say no one was home. He never bothered to show up! Called UPS and got transferred seven times. Last rep was incredibly nasty and called me a liar. Absolutely first world problems but their horrible customer service and lazy driver really irritated me.

Welcome to UPshit. Try having them screw up a delivery of medication shots and spending hours on the phone explaining it has to be delivered or if it sits in a hot warehouse overnight it will be ruined and I will have to go into the hospital and fight for an 8000 dollar reimbursement.

UPS sucks, Fedex is SLIGHTLY better, and USPS is almost unusable.

UBER is the BEST! :p

I'm sure it varies by location and other factors, but my experiences are somewhat the opposite. For me, FedEx is only slightly better than USPS, and UPS is by far the best. I think it was my iPhone 6 preorder via FedEx... I got a delivery exception saying no one was available (while sitting on my couch). Complete lie. I was home all day. I even put a note on my door saying so. No FedEx truck ever came; there was no "sorry we missed you" door tag. I called customer service who didn't give a damn and said they would try redelivery the following Monday. (Another point for UPS, as their customer service reps are often much more helpful in my experience.) FedEx has also mis-delivered packages to the wrong address, and they leave packages unprotected in the rain. UPS tracking info also gets updated more frequently.

I know that the companies operate differently and FedEx contracts out a lot of their deliveries, but I appreciate having the same UPS driver most of the time. I don't think I've seen the same FedEx driver twice.

Just be kind and understanding to them. It'll come back to you when you need it the most. I'm sure they have thousands of vile complaints from their customers already, show them something different.

Yep. Can't wait to start reading news reports about how people are shooting them down and stealing the iPhones on delivery day.

Yes. More than once.

Well the same guy just got here with my phone, he remembered me too. He said another driver had it on his truck and was done for the day. Said he came back to make sure I got it. More like they told him to come back. lol. Im just glad I got my phone.
