Wow at least you were able to change it back! I've been on the phone a few times with UPS and chatting with Apple and they're just blaming me for changing the delivery and saying it can't be changed at all and that I'll have to wait until Monday now. This is so frustrating.
Edit: I found a phone number to my local UPS hub. I explained the situation and asked if they had my package there by any chance so that I could go pick it up right now. The lady on the phone was super nice and she said that the packages had not arrived at the hub yet so no use going tonight. And because I changed to hold for pickup, it would be Monday before I could come pick it up. BUT she said she'll leave a note for the person coming in tomorrow to put my package in the truck for delivery, though she said it might not work. And she said she'll try to cancel my request to change delivery. UGH I WISH I HADN'T CHANGED THE DELIVERY OPTION. If UPS hadn't said I could pick it up today I would never have changed it
I just got bumped to Monday as well and phone is showing a second import scan in KY as of 9/17, 12:08 am. UPS lady lied or was misinformed when she said its sitting here at the hub on a palette...
