Interesting. In my experience, Apple uses UPS to ship orders but FedEx for returns.

I'm not seeing anything in FedEx. If you don't mind me asking, where approximately do you live? Major city or somewhere rural?
EDIT: Sorry I just saw your profile location. Strange, but I guess I've had Apple deliver some stuff with FedEx in the past. I think the last time they did was many years ago for an iPhone release during a period of extreme overload in UPS's network or something. Maybe I'm misremembering.
Ordered today a 13" iPad Pro M4 256GB SB from Best Buy with store pickup for Wednesday May 15th. I got 24 months no interest financing with my Best Buy Credit card + free 24 months of Apple Care+ as a Total Tech Member. I was going to trade in my M1 iPad Air 256GB but decided to sell it on Facebook Marketplace instead. Best Buy was giving me $341 trade in and on Marketplace I can sell it for at least $550 including the Apple Pencil 2 and the Smart Folio.
Good to know for a fellow Canadian! I assumed it would be overnighted from Caledon, Ontario as they have been doing for the past few iPhone launches. I'm on the west coast in BC but nothing showing on my UPS My Choice yet.
Glad to see another fellow Canadian in here! 👋 This is my first time ordering an iPad for launch day delivery so I had no idea where it would come from, but now I do. I guess it’s only iPhones that are overnighted from Caledon. I’m in Calgary, so I’ll chances are I’ll be getting it later than most.
What state is your shipment headed to? The Otterbox Statement case I ordered was FEDEXed from the San Bernardino Cal area. Prefer FEDEX to UPS because they deliver to me much earlier in the day. No tracking info on any site yet for my iPad Pro order, though.
Every launch day Apple product I've received lately (at least the last two iPhones) have come from Caledon, ON to Vancouver then onto Victoria in the early morning hours of launch day. Unfortunately my UPS driver always comes around 4pm so I'll have to wait around all day.
Yeah uhm. Mine still hasn’t shipped yet. Nothing in UPS or FedEx. And supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Yikes.
I still haven’t received tracking information either via FedEx or UPS and I’ve checked shipped by reference number for both carriers. Use my phone number and my full order number and last six digits of my order number and still nothing.
I'm in the same boat. And it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow!
If your tracking number hasn’t shown up yet you’ll probably get it by this afternoon and you’ll see it randomly arriving in KY and your destination city
Just got tracking on MyUPS - label created coming from Carlisle, PA. 7:25a EST Finally something.
Just got my tracking and label created update in UPS MyChoice. Yay! 🥳
My Apple Store order has now flipped to shipped
Apple shows mine just shipped. UPS my choice still just show label created…..I am sure it will change in the near future.
Interesting enough, my magic keyboard just flipped to 'shipped' but the iPad and the pencil are still saying 'preparing to ship' I have two tracking numbers in UPS, but I would have thought the accessories would ship together.
Doesn't show mine as shipped yet but UPS showing label created earlier this morning.
