Ah, I had forgotten about Apple adding MagSafe to the clear case. So that's a plus. Last time I tried Apple's clear case was for the 11 Pro.

Here's a first: I entered the order for the IP 13 ProMAx at about 8:04 ET and it all went thru; including pick up at store; time and so on. But then no confirmation. Chatted with Apple now after 5 pm and they show no orders at all. Yet the pending charge in on my Apple Card. Talked to Goldman Sachs.. they said talk to Apple. And no I didn't want to do another order as the delivery dates slipped. Whole thing makes no sense. Anybody have a suggestion?

I’m hoping to atleast see “prepare to ship”. This is where the SKU # along with a serial number gets assigned from the assembly factor in Zhengzhou, China.
I still have some screenshots saved from last years pre-order and if this year is anything like last year, I bet some of us start transitioning to “preparing to ship” overnight our time.

was the clear one any good in drops?
I've had a clear spigen case for my X literally since 2017, survived all the drops, as I tend to be pretty uncareful. After three years it started to show a slight yellow tint. But then again, since it's only like 15$ overall (currently discount on German Amazon for the Pro Case, ~10€), I'm happy to repurchase it after 3ish years.

I know. I’m in the same both. But one week is nothing to compare customers have to wait untill end of October 🙏😅

I ordered a clear Spigen ultra hybrid from Amazon. I currently have Apple's MagSafe clear case but didn't want to buy the same case again for the 13. It looks the same.
I am looking at the Spigen case right now, and it says it supports magsafe charge, but wouldn't a case need a magnagtic circle to support Magsafe charging?

ordered from AT&T because they gave me an extra $100 for my iPhone X trade in.

shipping for iPhone silver pro 128 is Sept 24th - Oct. 1st.
shipping for iPhone silver pro max 128 is Oct. 1st - 8th.

Correct! I expect to see some activity this evening or later tonight. Expect iPhones to start shipping and traveling out from China on Sunday.

Last year, huge pallets of iPhones missed the flight and there was a slight delay for the iPhones to be out of China on time. I believe it was the #9:20 gang. Believe it or not, Apple had to pull the strings. Make the calls, There was a panic attack there. The Cargolux Aviation team confirmed it with me. For reference see below, please :) post #18,023.

The post below is from last year for iPhone 12 launch. November 2020.

I don't think it actually supports mag safe the same way a dedicated mag safe case would. You are absolutely right, that in order to do so it would need the magnets. However, it might still have a (weaker) attachment of the magnets through the case, but definitely not mag safe levels of attachment.

However, a lot of people won’t see movement until Tuesday or Wednesday, but they’ll still get their device on the 24th. Don’t panic! 😊
I agree. It’s crazy, how Apple/UPS is just able to move the iPhones nationwide (state to state) within 24 hours.

How often are you going to hold your iPhone in the air with the mag safe charger attached to it. Apple charging $50 for a clear plastic case is a rip off.
