I read a lot about silicon cases from Apple being lint magnets. But the blue one I had for my 12pm didn't have this issue.

Sure are, swapped my deep navy case for cloud blue, lighter colors hide the lint very well, from now on I’ll only get light colored silicone cases.

I had a number of different colors for the 12 pro max and only the navy blue ever showed any lint.

I also have an iPad Mini for Friday. Friday will be a fun day. My wallet though is happy the Watch got delayed. It would have punched me in the face if I bought a watch too right now.

Why not cancel and buy it in an apple store on the 24th?

Exact same as me, definately missing the excitement a little...but know that I will be getting my Sierra Blue long before the UPS guy makes it to my house

With an 8am pickup, I’m stoked! I always have serious problems with UPS Apple deliveries. I either get “Oops!, I didn’t realize I walked right past your house with the box in-hand” or last of the day delivery and the worst… Sorry we missed you, will try for delivery on the next business day.

Because I didn’t want any glitches and I wanted a totally unlocked, unattached phone. Mine will not come in ready to activate. I could have ordered it attached to T-Mobile but I wasn’t convinced I want to stay with them yada yada lol, so I ordered a phone that needs to be attached to a carrier later. I knew this would cause an extra step when I did it but that was just my choice. So now I’m wondering if I should do the rest of the setup first or not.

All phones are unlocked if you buy them at Apple even if you attach them to a specific carrier except for IPhones attached to AT&T. With knowing this, I did the same as you

Lol … that was me last year. I was the very very last of deliveries. Felt nice seeing people waiting for mine to get to my door. 😂 I’m gambling again with a UPS delivery. Here’s hoping it’s not another 9 PM PDT delivery.

Thank g-d that I got my order in as soon as the store was back on line and scored a 9/24 delivery. Next Friday will be a very fun day… I think that I will take the day off, that way I will have plenty of time to play with my new toys.

It’s hard to believe I got it 6 years ago. It’s been an amazing phone, still has pretty decent performance considering. But I’ve had to replace the battery probably 3 times :/ part of me wanted to wait another year but I realized that was probably not worth it…

Before going to bed last night I sent out a massive internal email to the International Aviation department to Cargolux. Cargolux Airlines will be carrying out our iPhones. Transporting it from China to Anchorage. I am very happy to report I got a response from a personnel name Kevin.

Below is the set and confirmed internal/confidential schedule for the flight availability over the weekend. Expecting Departure Scan status based on the set/finalized schedule below.

I have a feeling for the majority of us On 09/20/2021 Flight 9781 CGO > ANC will be carrying our iPhones. It is scheduled for tomorrow.
