Well, after using the upgrade program for many years, this was the worst experience (in my case). Messed up Apple Card payment, and delayed shipment for 3 weeks. I ended up canceling my order since it was still in the processing stage. Both the phone and iPad mini. They were both delayed.

Do I have to have it on the 24th? No. But as a member of the upgrade program I expect better than those who aren’t. After the foolishness is over, I’ll buy a phone from Best Buy or somewhere, and pay off my 12PM and give it to a family member.

Likely done with the upgrade program.

Over and out.

Is there anyone on the same boat? I can see my package using reference, but it’s not showing up on my UPS My Choice. Called UPS and they can’t find it, despite I'm giving my personal details. 🫂😢
Same here. 🤬 Eventually it's got to show up.

You Americans give tips to workers, please tell me you didn't tip them after they wanted to charge you $5 for a piece of small plastic. 🤔😂
Lol, we would tip someone (and adjust our tips) for good service, and the tips will likely help workers, often underpaid, to put food on the table and pay rent.

For what would I be tipping AT&T? For doing a good job charging me a fee for a piece of paper?? 🤣

Apple does not ship phones by sea

Good thing, too - last I heard, there were over 40 container ships off the west coast waiting to get into L.A./Long Beach Harbors for offloading, they said some of them could be delayed up to 6 weeks!

I don't quite know the exact stats - what is selling more (Pro or Pro Max) It does seem, in the Philly area at least you can grab a 13 Pro on Friday as of right now.

The Pro Max is a bit harder, Sierra or Graphite especially.

In store pickup: I see your credit cards being charged? Is this on Apple cards or any other cards. I paid Amex. OMG ha...just got charged....

Reactions: beach bum

You could just e-mail UPS. That's what I did last year to request a hold for pick up at UPS CC near me. I believe it was last year around November is when UPS made a huge changes to their website and removed UPS CC option. But it's there when you call or email.
Thanks, but I'm going to leave it alone. I'll just be "a" patient on Friday 🤣

And the QR code activation card they use to activate an eSIM is only a piece of paper!!

Honestly, why not just email the QR code like Verizon does. It’ll save paper.

Oh, I forgot: AT&T wants to charge $5.

We spend hundred of dollars on service every month, and they have the gall to charge $5 for a piece of cardboard.

I was seriously surprised when I was able to select in-store pickup. I’m heading over the Benny around 7:30 for my 8am pickup at the Cherry Hill mall. Need gas, so I‘ll fill up on the way back. I’ve found that the gas is cheaper along the Admiral Wilson Blvd than within Cherry Hill.

For those picking up in store, my card was just charged for mine. Historically, these will stay in processing till late Thursday night and flip to ready for pickup on Friday morning.
I’m having mine delivered and I was charged about 30 min after placing the order Friday morning
