They do get ProRes but due to storage limitations either read/write speeds or whatnot it’s capped at 1080 30fps vs 4K 30fps.

I've been running the RC all week. Thankfully, the iOS app I work with has been solid. That being said, the RC isn't fully baked. I've had times were the screen froze as it scanned for other tvOS devices, got stuck on the Apple TV controls (had to hard reset), Safari having some hard times with image displays using JavaScript. It's kinda all over the place. The nice thing is, at one point all of my AirTag were missing on my account, but they appeared on their own afterward. I kept getting alerts that I had AirTags following me - they were my own AirTags. lol
Not knowing what you might want or need can be a difficult situation. Perhaps cancell the order and get the 256GB one then? At least that way you'll have peace of mind. Just talking out aloud and brainstorming, feel free to do the same.

Honestly reckon you’ll be fine with the remaining storage you have, since you’re using iCloud, it’s always freeing up room for you.
