At the top, do you see a dropdown called "filter"? If you check "show hidden packages" it should show up. I recall someone being able to see their package that way.

For me, I signed into the website and then went to the "track and manage home deliveries" page and it showed up in my app after that.

That’s what I used. When I emailed. I told them that I prefer to pick it up at the UPS CC, gave them the UPS CC address and that I won’t be home on the day it is delivered and don’t want it stolen.

I ordered a 128 to replace my 256. I was only using 70 out of 256.

That’s what I did I been using 128GB after not using all my storage on my 11 pro max I got 128GB on my 12 pro max

When you did this did you choose "tracking" or "receiving a package" for the support category? I can't remember which I picked, but if I get a rejection email I want to try again.

Might I suggest an app for all of you watching flights? FlightRadar24 shows the real-time position of planes. Lists the type of aircraft, owner/operator, departure point and destination. There is a web-based app and a mobile app.

Trust and believe! We are also very lucky we are able to track our iPhones and follow the flight. UK, European and Australian people do not have this luxury. This is a BLESSING, period. 🙏😇

My local CC has Access Point Lockers now as a pickup option. Never used the lockers so I don’t know if it causes a delay but having done a CC pickup once I understand why they’d move away from offering that.

I have no issue using lockers -- but my closest Access Point locker is 50+ miles away
