So I got double charged for my "last" payment on my IUP for my iPhone 12 Pro. I will have to straighten that out in the store. When I pre-ordered, they included my last payment in that charge, then today I was charged again for the same instance separately by the citizens loan. You think they would have that figured out. Anyone else have this issue?

My two are still showing “Preparing to ship”, ordered right at 8 AM EST, does it mean its still in ZZ?

Apple has not disappointed on launch day, I’m still keeping the faith I’ll have a new toy to play with this weekend
Absolutely nothing to worry about. Your phone will be here on Friday.

Is your monthly payment the same from the iPhone 12 and 13?

Hey, if you want help seeing the full tracking info I am happy to assist! I have helped around 15 or more other ppl get the full tracking numbers for their orders (before it shows as shipped from Apple). Just send me a PM :D

If I placed my order through Apple.com, and I have an in-store pick up date of Sept 24th at 10:00am, would I be able to track the order through the UPS site?

Anyone able to see "Hold to Pickup" option who sent an email to UPS to be held at UPS customer center ? I got reply from UPS email id that its scheduled but not visible at UPS app or website yet.

And getting hold of a real human being on customer service phone number is like trying to get iPhone a day early than release day!
I had to call and request it. They did it over the phone. The UPS system is crazy trying to get a human. I called the number selected the shipping option and when the system asked for the tracking number I kept repeating representative. It finally connected me to a live person. When I spoke with the live person finally, I gave my tracking number and made the request.

The store will not have a clue. This gets sorted out and always happens when your payment is right around the time of the launch.

Curious - I was guessing that it went through customs in Anchorage, AK. How does a shipment get through AK without going through customs?
Pretty sure that customs is in AK too. Once in Kentucky it has to be broken up from the big pallet and then scanned for departure to the next hub. I think that is when apple tracking shows up.

The contents are not considered to have entered the US if it is just passing through on route to an airport with customs clearance. Just like passengers changing planes in an international hub, you don't officially enter the country.

Awwwwww, thank you for the added detail! That explains why it sits for so long in Kentucky.
