you have to sign up for mychoice(free) prior to the phone shipping. If you do it after it ships, it won't show. And you don't have to pay $20. It's free.
In all the years i've done this the phones have always arrived on the date the initial order shows. Always. No matter where it is at any given moment it's always at my door on the day they say.

It depends really. Worldport is HUGE with many planes arriving and departing, so it depends on the workload. Sometimes it happens in about 30 minutes, sometimes it takes a few hours for you to see an update.

Yeah the flight I was looking at supposedly landed almost 2 hours ago so I was just curious. Obviously it’s on its way regardless 😅

Is it the same address? and are you sure it's yours?

Did you enter AT&T account info when you ordered your phone? If not then you should have no issues. You can also double check that you have the right tracking info by using your order number minus the last digit as the reference number.

I actually found it under the UPS app so it is mine. I did not enter any AT&T info when ordering...except to reference that I was buying an AT&T phone.

National Cargo 583 would make sense to have our phones since that was the direct flight overnight from CGO -> ANC; the scan times are just extremely off and don't make a whole lot of sense. I guess we'll be finding out shortly.

My 12th payment on my 12P was due on 9/22. I paid it early and that posted on 9/02. For the past couple of days, my current 12P loan page has this 👇. I did get an e-mail saying I had an upcoming payment, but nothing showed up today on my Applecard - and as I've said, I've had this on hold sign for a couple of days. My new 13PM loan is also attached to my log-in. that shows my next payment (for IUP) as 10/17, since my 1st payment will charge on "Shipment".

Citizens One probably didn't have time to fully process your 12th payment you made on pre-order so the auto-charge kicked in. I'm sure you could get that refunded. BTW - you should get a PDF of your payment history. The minute my loan went "on hold" all of my payment history on their site disappeared. I do have all my AppleCard transactions, so I'm not too worried about records.

So odd. I was inatilly charged my “Upgrade Payment” on 9/17. Got notification of it. Now I look at my AMEX online and it isn’t there; I assume the charge “fell off”. My wife and I are in same boat; no charge from 9/17.

So does mine, but the UPS My Choice app has scan activity and a full tracking ID for it. Last scan was leaving Anchorage at 12:12 AM, presumably it's landed in Louisville by now. But still 'Preparing to Ship' in the Apple store.

It's been mentioned on here that until it clears customs on KY, it will only show as preparing. After customs, then it's "Shipped".

It will stay that way until it is leaving Louisville and on your way to you. I believe ‘Import Scan’ is what you’re looking for. 🙂

So I got double charged for my "last" payment on my IUP for my iPhone 12 Pro. I will have to straighten that out in the store. When I pre-ordered, they included my last payment in that charge, then today I was charged again for the same instance separately by the citizens loan. You think they would have that figured out. Anyone else have this issue?

I'm trying to figure mine out. When ordering, it showed what they would charge me included the tax for the entire purchase, Apple Care and the last payment on the iPhone 12 in the iUP. What is pending against my credit card is just the tax and Apple Care. Have to wait until after the phone ships and my card is charged.

Yes, that webpage starts working if you refresh a few times. You then just have to re-enter your reference number, set the location to US, and enter your zip code. All villagedrapes is doing is entering the information and forwarding you through this website https://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/OnlineTool

Feel free to dm me if you want help getting your full tracking number. I am pretty proficient at hunting through the elements to find the field where the full tracking number lives.

Let me guess- you are still seeing "preparing to ship" on the Apple order status page?

check earlier posts explaining how to find your tracking number. It likely has truly shipped
