Hey, if you want help seeing the full tracking info I am happy to assist! I have helped around 15 or more other ppl get the full tracking numbers for their orders (before it shows as shipped from Apple). Just send me a PM :D
I would like some help, but I do not know how to send you a PM 😅

So I got double charged for my "last" payment on my IUP for my iPhone 12 Pro. I will have to straighten that out in the store. When I pre-ordered, they included my last payment in that charge, then today I was charged again for the same instance separately by the citizens loan. You think they would have that figured out. Anyone else have this issue?
I called Citizens today and asked them to refund my last payment since I was charged last Friday in the pre-order. They normally can only refund within 24 hours of charging. I'd recommend calling them now and explaining that you've made 12 payments and that Apple charged you in the pre-order. My understanding is that after you return your iPhone 12 to Apple, they'll inspect to make sure it's good and then close out your previous Citizens loan and send Citizens your 12th payment that you paid during the pre-order (early upgrade payment). I actually paid the 12th payment last week via phone on 9/14 and then got charged on Friday and then today (3 times!) so I wanted to at least get 1 charge refunded. Otherwise, the early upgrade payment won't be refunded until November or so by Citizens.

paid the $20 for my choice.. this is what it says

I had the same issue with the iUP and Apple Card and they too got me a release day delivery. Same as you, can't find any shipping info. The Apple representative called me yesterday to let me know that they got me bumped to release day. I told him that there was no shipping information and he said that since the earliest delivery is Friday, would not see shipping info until late today or Thursday. Kind of makes me think that the phone is already in the States.
That's what I'm guessing. Maybe our phones weren't "assigned" from the big ol China order so we'll be getting them when a tracking number is given here. Either way apple always sends the emails out the day before so hopefully we'll just be waking up to them. I'm glad they got us sorted out though, was kinda bummed to have to wait a few weeks.

Let's all take a moment to appreciate the attached link. If it weren't for this acquisition we'd be waiting until Monday for our iPhones. God bless America. 🤣👍🏼

It would have to refuel in some other location that would not be Russia. Next over is Canada. Customs would still take place at UPS hub, nothing would change except refueling spot. Also Russia might be willing to play nice and let UPS use one of their airports for refueling if needed. Still Russia doesn't seem to like foreign airplanes flying over its airspace .

Will the Louisville Arrival Scan show up now or later? I never got it but I might’ve been tracking the wrong flight 😂
My iPhone arrived at Louisville this morning and I got a status of "Arrived at Facility" at 5:51am. I think it could take up to 30 minutes after the plane lands for the scan to show in UPS tracking.

My 12th payment on my 12P was due on 9/22. I paid it early and that posted on 9/02. For the past couple of days, my current 12P loan page has this 👇. I did get an e-mail saying I had an upcoming payment, but nothing showed up today on my Applecard - and as I've said, I've had this on hold sign for a couple of days. My new 13PM loan is also attached to my log-in. that shows my next payment (for IUP) as 10/17, since my 1st payment will charge on "Shipment".

Citizens One probably didn't have time to fully process your 12th payment you made on pre-order so the auto-charge kicked in. I'm sure you could get that refunded. BTW - you should get a PDF of your payment history. The minute my loan went "on hold" all of my payment history on their site disappeared. I do have all my AppleCard transactions, so I'm not too worried about records.

@ATX_wapiti you are awesome!

@Limeybastid and @LFC2020 are MIA. They better not be two-timing us in another thread.

It depends really. Worldport is HUGE with many planes arriving and departing, so it depends on the workload. Sometimes it happens in about 30 minutes, sometimes it takes a few hours for you to see an update.

Okay thanks. I was a part of the group that left China late/departed Alaska at 12:12am but I’m still not seeing the arrival scan.

There is another UPS flight that’s about to land so I’ll see if I get a scan from that one
