The cases I ordered for my iPhone 13 and the iPhone mini 13 for my wife arrived today... well sort of... I accidentally ordered two cases for the iPhone 13 and none for the mini. So now I feel like quite the idiot.

The iPhone pallets are small potatoes compared to all the other cargo going in and out of there. I think we tend to exaggerate our phones' importance in the UPS scheme of things. 😀

I once asked my UPS driver if release day iPhones added a lot of work for them. He shrugged and said something like, "Meh, not really."

Yeah. I'm sure at certain depots it makes a difference, but realistically for the average driver it won't make much of a difference as they'd only deliver a handful of devices at most.

No, the app does not show my hold request, even though it lets me put in the request.

Interestingly, you cannot put in a request to hold at CC in the app. It was removed. Need to call or email.

not sure. I logged into my account in Safari and it said delivery was for Monday 9/27. but I just checked the UPS app and it still says delivery for Friday 9/24. I am so confused.
