Updated Flight Tracking Information
Since UPS173 from CGO-ICN came in later than expected, UPS99 left without those phones. No worries tough since there are two flight options later today. This appears to be the last group with preorders due on the 24th. You will either be on the following two flights to Anchorage.UPS87 | ICN-ANC | Departure: 9:12AM KST | Arrival: 11:59PM AKDT
or
UPS89 | ICN-ANC | Departure: 9:39AM KST | Arrival: 12:01AM AKDT
Upon arrival, you will go to one of two different flights. You will more than likely be continuing on UPS87 if you take that one from ICN
UPS2997 | ANC-SDF | Departure: 1:48AM AKDT | Arrival: 11:17AM EDT (Thursday)
or
UPS87 | ANC-SDF | Departure: 1:58AM AKDT | Arrival: 11:49AM EDT (Thursday)

next year i'm doing store pickup...come to think about it I had an ordeal picking up my 12Pro. somehow my reservation was canceled and there was still a hold on my account. I was in the Apple store for 2 and half hours until I was finally set up. the manager told me to pick out two cases and gave me the Belkin screen protector on the house.

We all got our tracking numbers by digging into info from UPS or having UPS My Choice setup. If you want, I can track down your tracking number too! Your order should click over to shipped today or tomorrow once it clears customs in Kentucky.
If iPhones like whisky, I'm sure mine is sipping on some fine Kentucky red-eye right now.
I played this game a few days ago. Impossible to get a hold of someone, even if you ask and the system says it needs "a little more info" before it does it. Lies!
Ask for technical support or pick that option. It got me to a live person who transferred me to another live person where I could place the hold.
I guess UPS would rather have tons of calls than allow people to place holds in the app. Make sense

I have been trying and trying to figure out how to get my full tracking number and no dice.
I can definitely see the last 4 number when I used my reference number, but that’s as far as I’ve been able to go.
Could be a customs thing. I was on that same flight and I’ve been refreshing the UPS app like a crackhead.
Just a note: I've had better luck emailing UPS directly through their website than calling my local Customer Center.
It seems that having it go through electronically seems more reliable that talking to someone locally.
Apple will most likely update their order page once the phones get through customs, but you should defiantly have a tracking number already. Apple is good like that.
