uPS question. I never got a shipping notice from Apple, but I see the package on UPS My Choice. It does not say anything about needed a signature. I remember one being required in the past, so is that still the case?

I have also filled out a pre-signature authorization before. Is that possible?

I'm trying to figure out if I need to pick it up at a UPS access point which costs 5.99!

Are we getting “shipped” notifications today from Apple? I can’t remember from years past. I recently had to start using cannabis for a severe auto immune disease, and I can’t remember much come to think of it. 😂😂😂😂

No!!! not until it clears customs, they are stacked up right now in holding. It won't clear until tomorrow some time. Be patient. Mine has not flown out till friday morning and still makes it. It always says los angeles, and then sylmar. YMMV

😉 thats the truth, but was meant as tongue in cheek

Last time I got an iPhone shipped it was the iPhone X but I didn’t need a signature then.

I spoke with another Apple Rep in regards to turning in your iPhone for the trade-in and was recommended to ship it with the carrier rather than turning it in-store because the store won’t ship it right away as they usually do it in bulk shipments — possibly having it not processed in time or whatever. So, to have it processed quicker, I was advised to ship it with the box that they provide.

Anyone else have experience turning in their iPhone for trade-in in store vs shipping?
