Woo hoo! Me, you, and @azhava are traveling together! My work bestie also has a phone coming, but he caught the earlier flight to Phoenix, so he's about 45 minutes ahead of us.

I just had a chat with my UPS man (who dropped off a Costco order just a few minutes ago...he knows me as "his Apple lady".) I asked if he has this route tomorrow, because I will be eagerly awaiting, and he said he won't know until the morning because they are training new drivers and sometimes change things up, but he if does, he will try to make it to me as quick as possible.

I have been to the Ginza Apple Store, almost bought a Watch there but they figured out that the stainless one I wanted would not work in the US so had to wait to purchase when I got home. That was in 2017.

Sorry to have left you in KY so quickly. I'll be on here til at least all of us 9/24 deliveries make it. I will definitely miss this crowd - it's been an intense week and I know next week, after we've all restored our phones from backups and re-paired our watches to our phones...there will be that little let down of that absence of this excitement we have going. I am super impressed by all the help and advice everyone has offered each other so far. You see some toxic social media groups and trolls - and I think all of us did an awesome job to keep this positive and supportive.

Can't wait to see some unboxing photos out there!

Since when did Mccarran Airport in Las Vegas become Harry Reid? 1 hour 9 minutes woooot!!!

It is a gradual change over, many signs still say McCarran and there are many still fighting to have it just be Las Vegas International Airport but I think it is offical on the Harry Reid. They have stated it will take 2 years to convert all the signage. A private party had donated the money to Clark County to pay for the signage change.

I miss living there - was in Zushi, Kanagawa. I camped out one year for the New Year lucky bags at Ginza. The guy in front of my got an iPad+ the bag of goodies...I just got the bag of goodies. Still an awesome experience. Enjoy the unboxing!
