I had this happen. I went to my account but didn’t see it anywhere so quickly put my order in manually like the good old days.

What a train wreck. As part of iUP I expected to use my Apple card to check out, but it kept failing, not saving the card. Finally put in my AMEX and it worked, but WTF Apple.
AT&T, Estimated delivery Oct 4-11, Gold 1024GB iPhone 13 Pro! (AT&T though, which means likely next Friday)
Update 1: It's 4:23pm and now my shipping date has updated to Fri. Oct 1 through Friday Oct. 8. I fully expect it sooner though, again because AT&T.
Update 2: 7am on 9/18, switched models to the 256GB Gold iPhone 13 Pro so that I can eliminate a phone line and a payment. Delivery date updated to Friday 9/24, even ordering now technically a day late.
Update 3: On Sept 20 in the morning I switched to a 512GB Graphite Pro model... Estimated delivery between Monday Sept. 27th and Monday Oct. 4. Definitely think it's ideal both trade in credits-wise and capacity-wise!

Things got a little squirrelly for my better half and I; our pre-saved preorders vanished and we had to redo them manually. Both went through, both are for the 24th, but the Store App didn't show my order for a bit. NGL, I got a little nervous.

Lucky you, it took til 5 minute after I clicked order it said 9/24 (same phone as you although AT&T Specific). Once I had to reenter card info it slipped to October 6-11 and it only took maybe a minute as I had to enter full card number and security code. Must not have been many 1T Graphite models ready dang....wanted it next week now I have to wait and October starts to get crazy to wait for a shipment during that time.....

It was rejecting my AppleCard as well after multiple tries, I ended up switching to my Amex quickly to avoid a delay on getting the order through.
Got it in! 8:02 AM! WOOT WOOT! Now the wait begins!
At least I have a watch band and new phone cases delivering today to get excited for! And all you lovely folks to keep me company/slide into insanity as we wait a LONG WEEK ahead haha
Pre order completed, iPhone Pro 13 Max, Blue, 256 GB and I got a launch day delivery date. I couldn’t find where the pre-pre order thing was so I just did it the old fashioned way.
Welcome back everyone! Was able to get checked out fast. I knew to grab my CC card early because like last year it wanted a manual card input (despite pre-approval). Also the place to finish the preapproval was not on the home app screen but on the FOR YOU page. So a little different. Anyhow, good luck everyone!

Store didn’t load until at least 8:03. Got in and out though. Friday delivery!!
Done. 1TB Sierra Blue 13 Pro Max and a 512gb same model. Odd that it wouldn’t let me choose in store pickup for the 1TB, but I could choose in store pickup for my wife’s 512gb. Also, I had to enter my credit card number: I made sure that was correct last night.

I had a few hiccups along the, including last minute decision to switch to graphite and forgetting to add card to Apple Pay, but i was able to get my order in for release date delivery!!!
Same here, was trying to use the Apple Card. Ended up having to use a different card after a few attempts. Using the upgrade program.
