WOW! After the craziness last year that was by far the most smooth and easy order. Ordered right through ATT and got a 256 iPhone 13 Pro 256 Sierra Blue. I was truly shocked how fast and great that went!
I miss contract pricing. But I don’t miss contracts.haha! I don't even think what the final cost is going to be like. I'm expecting almost $1700.00 for a darn phone!
Never thought I would spend this much. Back when iPhone 3G was released I thought $299 was too much. Couldn't even afford it.
Definitely give them a call to fix it. Normally they should give you a window of opportunity to make changes on the address before it goes preparing to ship stage.little strange it is shipping to my new home address and even though I updated the billing address, its using my old address. A call should fix that correct?
They won't start charging until they ship?
You'll be waiting a while if you are waiting for 9/34Placed an order for 9/34 delivery for two 256GB Pro Max Sierra Blue.
I ran into a problem during checkout — I had 2 pre-orders (1 on iPhone upgrade program, and the other one using Apple Card monthly installments). The Apple Card preorder completed without issues. However, I couldn’t complete the iPhone upgrade program pre-order (grueling 60 to 90 seconds) as I continued to receive an error - your card cannot be accepted (Apple Card) that just worked fine for the Apple Card preorder. After 3 failed tries, I used another card and my upgrade program preorder went through- phew!
My question is — should I have paid the 12th installment before today’s launch day order? Trying to understand so I don’t run into this issue for future preorders, thanks!
lol bold call after 14 minutes. Hasn’t sold out in minutes for several years now, but Apple still sells record numbers of phones8:14 and delivery dates still not slipping. Sales are not going to be good for this gen.
What the holy hell. I was pre-approved, like normal, for the two phones I have on the iUP on Tuesday. I get through my first order fairly easily. For some reason I had to go copy my Apple Card number from the wallet, but w/e. I next go on to my partner’s phone, go through all the same steps and it tells me there is an issue with my card number...I had just pasted it in the previous order. I went back to the wallet and copied it again, just to be sure. It was kicked back again. After the third time, it came up with a message telling me I wasn’t approved for the iUP order…I was so confused. I have great credit and have been with the program for 3 years. I went back to “For you” page on the app and my pre-order was sitting there “Complete your pre-order.” I ran through it, used a different card, and it was completed with release day shipping. I don’t know why my Apple Card gave me an issue; I barely carry a balance. I can’t imagine it had anything to do with already having an iUP payment on it because I‘ve had both phones on my Apple Card this past year. Anyone have any ideas? Think it was just a glitch?
It's the UPS shipping tickets that the hardest part!!! lol. Find your travel buddies!!! Lets see if any of us if shipping out of Vietnam this year.Order placed (Apple store app waiting, spinning circle went on for a good minute...) I THINK it went through, I have order number...No email yet after 8 min. Apple. com gives me this "Bad Gateway" page. No idea, the site may be bogged down
Will schedule In Store "appointment window" for next Friday to give back this 12 Pro Max and get $$ back.
NOW....as always, get ready for the longest 7 days of our lives. LOL
(Happens all the time with the phone pre-orders)
9/34? Damn…Placed an order for 9/34 delivery for two 256GB Pro Max Sierra Blue.

Verizon does the same. Why? Because they can. It's pure profit...Can someone explain to me : why At&T charges a $30 fee to switch phones!?!!
Is it for the new SIM card?
You may not get the 3rd one filled. Apple tries to limit.I placed three orders but only got confirmation emails on two orders. Odd thing is the app shows I placed no orders. All 3 orders hit my apple card as a pending charge.
Welcome to the big leagueshaha! I don't even think what the final cost is going to be like. I'm expecting almost $1700.00 for a darn phone!

Same thing happened to me as well. Seeing that we are not the only ones having issues with the Apple Card. Guess they don’t want us to use their card to buy their phoneWow. This has been a nightmare. Upgrading through iPhone upgrade program. First, it wouldn't accept my Apple Card, then told me I wasn't approved (I most certainly am), now I am getting Bad Gateway errors. Ugh.
