It's stupid. Every year Verizon charges $20 and every year I have to chat with support and complain about it until they refund me lol. Used to be you could swap sim card from old phone before powering on new phone, but not sure how that will work this year with phones having eSIM preinstalled instead of physical

Mine didn’t appear on the app’s home screen, but it was in the “For You” tab. Is that where everybody has been looking?

Somehow I managed to complete my order at 8:01. It made me reconfirm my Apple Card number for whatever reason which took me off guard at first. What’s the point of having payment information saved if I have to re-enter it? It went through though. Sorry for all the folks who had trouble using their Apple Cards though 😕

I tried to get the 1TB 13 Pro Max Graphite, had in bag, said Sept 24th, this was right around 8:05AM EST as I had to try the app, went to put in phone number, SSN, etc... then it slipped to Oct 6-Oct 11 in like a minute, ridiculous, ordered from AT&T Oct 4-Oct 11, didn't have to pay anything upfront like taxes, saw people were able to get into ATT.com early, feel like an idiot.
 
Anyone with iUP showing card information incorrect error while checking out using Apple Card? I’ve been keep c&p-ing numbers in from apple wallet but the system failed to authorize through and ended up exiting me out, had to restart the checkout procedure. I ended up using my other card and will going to replace the payment on file for iUP later, but this seemed very strange. *I was trying it on iOS 15 RC

Thankfully though, I was able to get mine for 9/24 pickup at nearby Apple Store. 13 Pro Silver 512GB T-Mo

Got launch delivery for my first phone in 4 years. From an 8+ to 13 Pro Max 256gb, gonna take time getting used to the missing Touch ID and everything else I’ve been missing out. Now I can hunt for a case. Also looking forward taking lowlife pictures without immediately deleting them again.
There was an option to trade in my old phone but that would force me to switch to a more expensive plan, pretty much eliminating all the savings through credit so I passed on it.

I can’t remember from previous years, can anyone see their orders in the Apple Store app? That is where I placed the orders, but under ”orders” it says I have none. I did receive emails with my order numbers
 
I really like having everything ready to go! Verizon upgrade charge at checkout was unexpected and unwelcome considering how much they charge me every month. (Might be time for a carrier change.)

I ordered the 13 in pink, 256gb. 9/24 delivery.

It’s way more memory than I think I’ll need. But, when I got the 6s+, 64 seemed like too much. That choice is the reason I’ve gotten so many years from the device. So, 256 it is.

Pretty sure you can. Just take the phone with you if you're picking the phone up in the store. I've done that the last few years.

I've been on the same account since 1989. That's 32 years. Every year I call and complain. Some years they reverse it, some years not. It's sort of offensive.

Lol!! That’s crazy! Welp, I’m going to contact At&T support… I’ve been a customer for 15 years that should be worth something 😂

I just got a text alert from Citi for the pending charge (presumably Apple verifying the card has funds?). Never seen that happen that quickly before.
