Close it, reopen. It did show on mine after 2 times.
Finally got my email, 8:19am...about 10 min after order placed.

Things seem much slower compared to last year.

Finally. After 10 minutes of waiting in the app. Im currently in Nigeria where 4g is as slow as fast 3g. Blue iPhone 13 pro Max 256gb. Upgrading from a 12 pro 128gb. On my 12 pro I have text size set to max and it crops a lot of stuff. Hopefully with the max, less will be cropped.

Cancelled the order the apple clear case. No clear case is worth $50.

Since I won’t be back in the US until the 29th I chose store pickup in Delaware to save on taxes since I live in NJ. Will just drive 30 min from my job on the 29th to pick it up.

I did not get in till almost 5 past the hour before the app popped on my iPhone first (iPad 3 minutes later) never opened on safari on Mac. when I clicked on complete order it said Set 24 but of course had to also reenter card info (do not have Apple Card ) number and security code. It was fast and simple but in that minute to reenter card info my new 13 Promax 1T Graphite slipped to same date. Wow in 5 minutes I guess they did not think lots of folks would go for that color and 1TB.Oh well that's life LOL. Now I hope it does not move to weeks before now because I am gone the later half of that week would rather it now sticks to that date range for me. But it sometimes jumps by a week later on that could cause me a problem having to be around to receive UPS which is why I hope it stays now, 9/24 would have been perfect. Oh well that's life LOL first world problems

There was an option to trade in my old phone but that would force me to switch to a more expensive plan, pretty much eliminating all the savings through credit so I passed on it.

Gosh, the feeling of switching from such an old device to something so new is going to be night and day for you!

Me...but for the first time trading in my 12 pro max
 
My orders come and go when I check the app. I have my email confirmations though, so no big deal.

Something interesting that I saw was
“Upgrade your iPhone after 17 payments” on my order details page? This is with AT&T through Apple and I did the $1000 trade in deal with two phones.
 
3 iPhone 13 Pro Max 256 GB Sierra Blue preordered for 9/24 delivery! I have to return one because I decided last minute to trade in my 11 Pro Max instead of third party as it will be much easier.

Ditto only they’re charging $35. Every year I argue that new customers have all fees waived. Every year they waive the fee. I guess they charge it anyway expecting most people won’t challenge it.

Went smoothly using the preorder feature. As soon as the site came up it pulled up my order, clicked a button to confirm then one more to place order. Took maybe 30 seconds. Order #W872474736 about 8:06AM EST. iphone 13 Pro 512GB Blue. Shows Friday the 24th as the delivery date.
 
Best I can tell the Apple Card issues are 1 of two things. Either you don’t have enough available credit on the card (you must have more available than the purchase price even if doing installments) or you have your billing address wrong.
