You need to say you got the last 4 digits by using your phone number to track by reference number. And if they do the same on their end they’ll see the whole number. That’s what I did after the agent first tried and said they couldn’t.

You change your delivery to a "Shipment Release" right in the UPS My Choice app. In the UPS My Choice section once you open the details of your order.

The Default is Not Authorized

Just Click on that link and read the instructions to allow your UPS driver to ignore any"Signature Required" request.

Now they said that they can't provide the full tracking number due to security reasons

There was not enough meat in the sandwich to get me to bite, and pay $1,000 for a new phone,

To add insult to injury, I bought a call option on Apple stock hoping that it would close about $182.50. I bought the option at 178.65, and I expected the stock to rise after hearing all the noise around the presentation. But, the stock dropped $2 Tuesday and it dropped as low as 173. My option expired worthless.

I'll stay with my 13 maybe there will be something better next year.

At least IOS 17 sounds like it will be a winner, and it's a free upgrade.

My mom bought the SE3 when it launched last year and her battery health drained down to 85% or something like that in just 6 months time. She went to the Apple Store trying to get her iPhone swapped out because it was getting hot on her all the time and we thought something was wrong with the battery. Turned out that it was actually some weird carrier related issue and they somehow had her and my aunt’s lines crossed together which was causing her iPhone to overheat. Once the carrier fixed the issue it stopped getting hot and her battery health has remained above 80%.

Call back or speak to a supervisor.

UPS acting tough this year. I would say keep trying until you get a nice rep. They will release it to you. They don't know what they're talking about that's why there is a runaround. I will find posts for you in here where people have successfully got their tracking numbers. Please stand by.
