I had this problem last year. Everyone I talked to at ups just said to contact Apple. Even though others were successful at getting a full number.

my "Mychoice" account with UPS is ****ed up so I have no way of knowing if my iPhone is part of the first for 2nd round of shipments... I placed the order 10 minutes after pre-orders took place
If you’re relying on Apple Order Status - it will remain at PTS until the phones land in Kentucky and get their import scans. This happens Wednesday or Thursday this week, so you won’t see a change on Apple’s Order Status unfortunately, for a few more days.
Don't let them give you a runaround. See @IceCool post below. It works. Alot of people had success with it. It took him 2-3 tries and it worked out for him. He posted back here with his tracking information.

If you ask to track a package, it will never give you the option of connecting to an agent. Even if you say "agent." It will just keep asking you for the tracking number. I did this for about 30 minutes until I gave up and called tech support where they kept connecting me to new people. But maybe it just doesn't work for me because I'm unlucky.
Tell them you already have a UPS Tracking number and have the last 4 but would like to verify the full Tracking number. They will verify your information and give it to you. If no luck try another agent.

It preserves the secret that the iPhone could record these videos, at minimum. You may not agree that it was worth hiding, but Apple is incredibly secretive about dropping details early.

The battery health is such a strange thing.
From launch date to July: 100%.
July-Sept 17=loss of 7% now at 93.
If I had to guess it was probably at 99 ish late Dec, 98 through Feb and so on.

Do you have a UPS MyChoice Account set up? Did you login to see if it's in there? Also, did you tell them you have the last 4 and you need the full tracking number?
Yeah I told them the last 4 and even gave the the reference number and my UPS mychoice account is not working correctly and shows no packages at this time
