Dang, I ordered 2 minutes after go-live directly from Apple and still don't have a shipping notification. Knowing my luck I'll get it towards the end of the month.

Nobody has a shipping notification yet from Apple. Those won't be received until Wednesday or Thursday once the phones clear customs.

I'm wave 2 also and don't see the update about customs. All my other times are the same as yours. 🤔

Same here. Wave 2 with the same 6:00 pm and 6:22 pm scans on 09/17 but no customs update.

Those are people who have verified accounts with UPS MyChoice. The tracking info started populating there a few days ago.

No. Most of us ordered from Apple but we’re not getting a shipping notification from Apple. We get it by using the UPS app (MyChoice) and having an account associated with the phone number we used for our orders. That’s where the tracking populates.

There are different threads for different regions, and order locations. This is the USA thread specifically for orders from Apple directly. There are threads for people who ordered from AT&T, etc. as well.

I got that too. its the return box with the same tracking number as the phone

I'm not sure if they did or not but that's something I cant have them expedite. The tracking issue is bad. Never dealt with this much stupidity from any company.
