That's nuts. If you can confirm the mailing address, delivery date, and the last 4 of the tracking info, they should see it on their end.

It's reflecting that the US Customs side has begun the administrative processing, too. Aftership will get confusing as it makes it look like the phone is already in the US.Wave 2! I have finally caught up from 10pm last night. Whew!!!
Not sure why someone would want to steal a busted up Apple Watch Series 6, but that is what they did 🤷♂️
Thankfully I had my receipt and was proactive in reaching out to Apple Support to get the issue resolved. They did not charge me anything, it just took time and a number of phone calls with a very kind Apple Support Rep.
It's less complicated that way.

My Wave 1 Aftership and UPS tracking still in Zhengzhou. Guess my boujee phones missed their flight(s) 🤣
I'll got with my past years and gut and will have it held at the CC when it lands state side.Senders do have this type of control over their packages. I have done it myself when shipping expensive items. I spoke with a supervisor at Apple and at UPS. Feel free to call and ask yourself

It could be because you are part of Wave 1. Wave 2 has started to see that custom notification.

I primarily use my watch for fitness tracking and live readouts via complications. For most other users, that's probably not an issue, but swiping while working out with my balance would probably result in me eating dirt.
They can. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 calls. My partner had to do that this Sunday. I called and got the same response, even though I did the same thing last year for him. He called and someone gave it to him immediately.
Just try a couple of times.
@IceCool made a call about how unhappy he was about the processing of his :01. So they went ahead and loaded Wave 2 up on the plane ahead of Wave 1
