Anyone else got the ready for pick up email yet? Earlier I placed an order for the USB C to lightning adapter on the apple store app and it was stuck in processing even after 2 hours of store opening. I decided to go in there and buy one of the shelf. Not sure if the system was down but Their P.O.S did show that I had a pick up so apparently the status was just glitched out.

I hope this doesn't happen to my iphone orders. Even if I don't get the email, I'll just show up at my scheduled window time and pick it up then.

Yep!!! Just updated at 3:49 pm departed from Louisville whoo-hoooo!!!

I'm told that means it is going to Burbank. Which actually is good, as it's not too far to the UPS Sylmar distribution center from there. But Burbank is closer to my house, so it's going in the opposite direction after it lands!

I got the initial email that they were working on it, and the chat with Apple. She said it would be noted on the order. I then called UPS but deferred to the Apple request since that was put in already.

about 3 hours later give or take I got the rejection email from Apple saying it would just be delivered to my address.

It may be me - I am just a 4 hr trip from Louisville and things often don't depart until the middle of the night. My usual 'on truck for delivery time' is 5:00 am which means it doesn't really have to leave until midnight or so.

I don’t get it. UPS says my iPhone is in the air. But the flight tracker doesn’t have any UPS flights coming to Atlanta. Could they have put it on a Delta?

You can do that but make sure you save things like Signal messages or 2FA codes because those do NOT transfer neatly over to a new phone

I don’t use Signal, but I’ll bring my iPad so I can get the 2FA code needed to sign in lol

If you look at my track record I have been a good boy lately. iPhone XS Max -> iPhone 13 Pro Max -> iPhone 15 Pro Max... However, this could be showing a trend of me getting shorter and shorter with my upgrade cycles 😂🤣😅

Nothing yet for me, im in central. A bunch of people received their ready for pickup notifications at 4:25 (their time) so i'm wondering if we'll be the same (few minutes for me here)

I'm in central too. We'll see what happens. I'm not sure if it's particular to my location but it's more odd that the apple store actually had my accessory order ready for pick up just that the order page on my phone still said processing. Anyways as I said rather I get the email or not or rather it still says processing, i'm going to just go there at my check in time and sure enough it's there ready. lol
