Same for me with the new AirPods and phone…. AirPods show ready for pick up at 2:15pm and iPhone in process for a 12:15pm pickup

I’m 7th in line and mine still says processing. You’re good I wouldn’t stress it. An employee just said they are having some system issues.

They are also being strict on the pickup time and turning you away. A group of 10am pickups just got told to come back later. Could be store dependent

Maybe it's a glitch? I would call UPS and find out what's going on.
