App was a total joke this year, always smooth previous years. Jumped on the website and it worked right away. Try that if the app isn't working for you/errors.

Got in a few minutes ago on my desktop. East coast USA here. 15 Plus in green. Decided to save $300 and 20 grams in weight vs 15 Pro Max. Pick up Friday in-store. Last year it took a half hour. This year about 12 minutes.

Got through the App Store then timed out after checkout saying it expired. Wouldn't load for 10 minutes. Went on my MBP and checked out in 2 minutes.

Wow, that was the easiest iPhone pre-order I've ever been a part of. Got in and out by 05:03. Doing in store pick up for the first time ever on Sunday due to my work schedule so that will be new. Finally upgrading from a Xs Max.

You can call or chat ATT if you get charged the $35 upgrade fee and they will waive it. I do it every year. Last year I never got charged for it!!

It didn’t show your gift card at checkout?

I was able to use mine , invoice shows combined payment of apple balance and credit card
