Carrier USA T-Mobile 2019 iPhone 11 (all models) Pre-Order Thread

I called at 7:52am Eastern and got someone right away. Placed orders for two of my lines for 64GB iPhone 11 ($0 down, $30.xx/mo with tax included), one white and one purple. She tried to talk me out of the purple for a couple of minutes. Rep stayed on with me til I got the email and signed it. She then confirmed the order was done. Free shipping, will have them on 09/20.

It was super easy, I had a super nice rep, and the call was placed at a time when I was already awake. Best experience yet (so far....we'll see if anything gets messed up)

Why on earth did she try to talk you out of the purple? Who does that? o_O
 
So I slept through my alarm at 5am lol but I got up a little after 6 and was able to place my preorder. Quick and painless! $0 down :)

Question though...do I have to turn off Find My iPhone now, or do I do that in the store when I give them my XR?

You do that once you hit the store and turn in the device.

Which cases did you guys order? There’s a Best Buy nearby that has 3 cases for the iPhone 11, all Tech 21 and $39.99.

Order placed iPhone 11 pro max midnight green $181.00 down with $150 adjustment because I was told $0 by a reparative hoping for launch day delivery

People who used JOD...can you see your order with estimated shipping date? The only thing I have is the lease agreement.

T-Mobile wants $349 down for the Pro Max?

I didn't log into my account or anything, just went to T-Mobile website to window shop. All Android phones show $0 down.

I will log in to see the real price, but we've been with T-Mobile for 4 years, never once missed a payment, and we both have a very high credit score.

Mine shows the type of shipping and est shipping date. It showed up in the email titled: Your new device order has been placed

I saw on Amazon and eBay they’re all $15 and under! I’ll probably go with a clear Ultra Hybrid since the case I’d really like from Otterbox is already sold out!
 
Ordered my midnight green iPhone Pro 64GB this morning around 7:55 EST - super easy! It expect to receive it at launch :D On another note, anyone else moving down from the Max size this year ? I’m excited to use my phone one handed!

I have the XR and I preordered the 11 so it’s the same but I did go down in size for the CS launch last year! I personally like using phones one-handed, especially since my hands are on the smaller side. The XR is a little big but the colors just make it fun for me :)

I submitted my mom's iPhone 7 Plus for trade-in on T-Mo's website this morning, and just printed the shipping label. The shipping label states "Accepted Offer Value: $140.00" and the T-Mo order status page states "Original estimated value: $140.00." Total credits over 24 months should be $350...

Wondering if this is just the amount T-Mo is getting for the phone and they eat the difference, or if I need to call to have it corrected. Has anyone already called?
 
I wasn't going to do it, as I didn't feel like paying the $350 down payment for the 64gb Max Pro but this afternoon my wife said it was cool as long we could trade in her iPhone 7 and she gets my iPhone X. So I just ordered midnight green 64gb Pro Max. I got $350 in credits for that iPhone 7 so in all I'm adding just $16 to my bill each month. Not bad I guess. Its just that $400 down payment with tax stings.

Estimated ship is Oct 2-8, I'm ok with that. I'm sure as they fulfill orders it may ship earlier. Either way it gives me time to get a new case and screen protector.

Did you do the trade in on your moms line or yours?
 
Ordered 2 11's about 30 min ago. One black, one purple.
Black one has overnight shipping 9/20 however purple is a little behind with overnight 9/21-9/24.

I’m going from XS max to 11, just a bit smaller, but that’s cool with me.
