Other Verizon iPhone 14/ 14 Plus/ 14 Pro & 14 Pro Max, Pre-order & Tracking Thread

I’m getting a little anxious. I signed up as a new customer with a trade in last Friday, ordered a 256 GB space black pro. Credit check ran through fine. On Saturday I got a notice I need to take more steps by 9/13, and a rep told me I needed to send a copy of my ID and a recent utility bill to their fraud department to verify my identity. I did that on Saturday, and on Sunday got an email saying my order was approved.
However my order status page still gives me the “take more action by 9/13” message and there are two orders with the same order number and items, one on hold and one not on hold. I spoke with a port rep and he said fraud did clear my account, but so far no movement on anything, and no incoming packages showing in UPS or FedEx. Has anyone had this experience before?

128 Purple Pro Max changed from label created to on its way in the last hour.
I’m in Phoenix, shipment coming from Philadelphia.

Same. After having a tracking number for 4 days I’m finally seeing some movement from Philly with a delivery of tomorrow.

Looks like I will be on the hunt for my Pro Max in the morning. Can you do the yearly upgrade at the Apple Store or do I have to go to a Verizon store?!?
Just tracked the course my phone will take tonight. Leaving San Bernardino, to Louisville, then to Richmond, then to the 757.
I suggest trying a laxative.
256 silver Pro, I now have shipping info. As others on here have said. This happens every single year. One group for one reason or another get late shipping notifications and sometimes none at all. Yet still the phone shows up on time. Except for extremely rare cases, if your info says release day, you’re going to get it. Take a deep breath, We told you so.
512GB Deep Purple Pro Max, ordered within the first 30 minutes last week, and mine still just says "Label Created". Finally getting anxious that I haven't seen any movement. Getting shipped to Denver, CO.
Mine is coming from San Bernardino as well. The last few devices have went from West Chester to Coatsville PA. except for the iPad Pro that came through Memphis via FedEx a while back. Fellow Tar Heel here near the Charlotte Speedway 🤗
Finally got a shipping update on two silvers this morning too. The only small concerning thing is both phones are tied to a single tracking number and the weight in the shipping details is 3lbs. I believe 3lbs is only for one iPhone? My guess is they just entered the weight wrong, but even then I’m hoping UPS doesn’t reject delivery because of it.
Finally! Someone in the same boat as me! In ordered two phones, but they are both tied to same tracking. 3lbs.. I’m guessing it’s both phones in the box!
Decided to bother my purchasing guy one more time since everyone here is posting. He logged into the business site. Ship date is 9/27 ish. So as suspected, I will not be joining you all tomorrow.
You're not alone, I have the same issue. Not super worried. Many of these issues go away once your bill gets generated. If these won't, I'm sure VZW can fix it.
Was able to make a Verizon store appointment at 9am tomorrow. They open at 9, so I plan on getting there early. Hopefully they will have some in stock
Still no update on Verizon's order status, has said 9/16 since I placed the order.
Nothing in UPS my choice nor FedEx.
No agreements/contracts in my account portal.
Pretty sure I'm going to play roulette at an Apple store in the morning and just return these to Verizon if they happen to show up some day, but there's little chance they are coming tomorrow at this point.

^ Finally called after posting that because my spidey senses were going off. Verizon claimed the order was 'stuck waiting for payment' even though I clearly marked to just bill it to the account.
Getting it canceled now. Probably the last time I trust ordering through them. I wonder if the skies are bluer at AT&T these days -- $1k trade in for porting sounds nice........
