I’m getting a little anxious. I signed up as a new customer with a trade in last Friday, ordered a 256 GB space black pro. Credit check ran through fine. On Saturday I got a notice I need to take more steps by 9/13, and a rep told me I needed to send a copy of my ID and a recent utility bill to their fraud department to verify my identity. I did that on Saturday, and on Sunday got an email saying my order was approved.
However my order status page still gives me the “take more action by 9/13” message and there are two orders with the same order number and items, one on hold and one not on hold. I spoke with a port rep and he said fraud did clear my account, but so far no movement on anything, and no incoming packages showing in UPS or FedEx. Has anyone had this experience before?
