So I placed my order with 2 phones (9/16) and 2 watches (10/31). Now everywhere I look, the whole order is shown as one with a 10/31 ship date.

Is this going to be a problem or will i still get my phones on 9/16?

Also, where are you guys seeing your current dates on the verizon site?
I am the same as you. And sooo very pissed. I’ve called vzw EVERYDAY since I noticed on Monday and kept being reassured I’ll have it 9/16. Still hasn’t moved, no device agreement, or anything.

Have you had any change ?
 
I’m steeling myself for no phone tomorrow. My order status still says expected by 9/16, but it’s still in ordered status, no agreement has been generated or sent, and no packages are showing as incoming for me from UPS or FedEx. I’ll be calling Verizon in the morning if I see no change. Sigh.

When I ordered my phone and watch the Verizon rep told me to order separately. If not, it would ship at the later date. So I had to place two orders one for Phone and one for watch in order to get a 9/16 delivery for my phone.

no i haven’t seen any change for me yet. it’s just so unclear. i ordered within 1 minute.

If true, that would explain why there’s no movement on mine. Got an Ultra ordered too. Guess we’ll see what happens!
 
@mandurz @Supermallet i chatted with Verizon and was told it should ship on 9/16 despite my delivery date saying 9/16 at checkout. We’ll see what happens… I’ve preordered through them before and haven’t had an issue but this is kinda annoying.

Ordered two Pro max 256, one black, one purple. Submitted the order 20 minutes into pre-order (had some difficulties with the site). The purple one got a label Monday morning, is scheduled to deliver by 7 on launch day. The black one says ‘delivery date will be updated soon’. 2 packages coming UPS tomorrow. One 1.3 pounds, signature required. The other is 2 pounds, no mention of a signature. I’m hoping the two pound one is the black phone + the 2 trade in kits, but I feel like it is just the kits. Especially since it is lacking the signature. Verizon has not emailed me in regards to either phone since I placed the order. The conformation email says ‘deliver by 9/16’ under both phones. Fingers crossed.
 
Wow UPS dropped the ball again. Not getting my my Pro Max today because they sent my phone to Dover New Hampshire. Lol really. I’m in Austin Texas. They need to get that moving cause I won’t be here in a couple days.
 
Anyone order two phones and still only have one tracking for both orders? I have a 2lb FedEx delivery scheduled today.

Still no indication at all that i’ll receive it today. I ordered one minute in and had a 9/16 date. What a joke!
Yeah mine ended up in New Hampshire instead of Texas. Could have got it today but UPS screwed up. Now I’m on the phone waiting to talk to them. They better deliver it this weekend cuz I won’t be here in a couple of days. Wow pendejos

Just called UPS and they said Verizon has to get in contact with them to arrange for delivery on Saturday because they paid for next day airsaver when it’s UPS screwup. Really. He said there la a process. Why should Verizon pay for something when it’s their screwup. **** ur process. I hung up on him. Lol
