Same via UPS, but UPS isn’t providing any details as of yet.
Got my tracking number for FedEx on Sunday at around 6:30 PM US EST. Ordered my 15 PM on launch day for delivery on 9/22. One question though - when I ordered, I selected them to send me a trade in kit so I could send back my 12 PM via shipper. However, reading these comments, sounds like dropping my current phone off at a Verizon store would have been a better move (less chance for it to get lost and also gets processed quicker). Any chance Verizon will let me change it to drop off? I really don't want to touch anything at this point until I get the phone but once I do I may contact them and see if they can change my return of my existing phone for trade in from shipping to drop off. Any thoughts on that?
Black 15PM 1TB 9/29 date shows shipped with a tracking # in my Verizon app. No movement but things are looking better. Hopefully I’ll receive this week.
That’s great news. Now to keep hoping for your delivery date to bump up to 9/22.
just a friendly reminder if you haven't gotten shipping information yet do not worry. One year I didn't get it till day before release and still got it on release day.
If you go into your trade in under the Orders page, there should be an option to change trade in method.
I have a similar thought to you, especially waiting until everything is delivered. But, part of me thinks if I switch to in store, I’m about to deal with alerts about how I didn’t mail it in. May just go with how I originally set it up and mail in.
I'm new to Verizon, set up account on Thursday. I've been trying to place an order through apple.com (already placed one through Verizon.com). When I try to place it through apple.com (financed with Verizon + trade in), I get this message. Anyone know whats the reason? Verizon reps have been not helpful at all. Personal account on Unlimited Plus.
I think it's what it says on the tin, Verizon forgot/failed to do some sort of thing that lets people enroll in their line when they get an iPhone, so you need to manually activate it instead.
Got the email from Verizon this morning that my 1TB Black 15 Pro Max was shipped with a UPS tracking number.
My original date was 9/29 but now it's 9/22
Just wondering why mine says it was shipped "Next Day Air Saver" when usually it's 2 day shipping?

Should hold to whatever date they provided. That date should also be listed in the order confirmation in the VZ app.
Thanks for the reply. I did check the app, there is not a date listed yet. It just says “Delivery date will be updated soon”. This was my first pre-order with Verizon so I wasn’t sure how accurate their date are.
I’ve had years that I didn’t see any tracking until Wed and the phone still arrived on Fri as promised. Never had one show up late yet.
It doesn't let me finance it at all as well. I was hoping to finance it through Verizon.
They also tend to update in batches based on model. If they're preparing 1TB Blue PMs, everyone with that model and a 9/22 delivery date all generally get shipping info around the same time. This can also vary a bit with Verizon as they ship from different locations within the US using multiple carriers, where Apple ships everything UPS direct from China.
I haven't seen anyone with shipping updates yet on 256 Black PM yet. But like you say, we got until Wednesday for two day shipping.
