Which iPhone 15 variant will you be pre-ordering?

So i went through a test run of trying to buy the 15 pro Max, and trade in my 13 pro max.

They are giving me the full 830 for a trade-in. But i was under the impression you need to upgrade to the current unlimited plans to do so? I am still on the old More everything plans. However nowhere in the process is it forcing me to upgrade my plan? So what gives?

I dont want to do it then later they say you need to be on new plan.
 
Could it really be 3 days before release day?!?!

From what I read you should be good. I'm on the old plan and it let me trade in for $830 and keep my current plan.

Assuming it's an unlisted but qualifying plan that's been grandfathered. Probably is the same class as the current and last gen unlimited plans that qualify.

I got the held message too and the feeling knowing your package is at the local FedEx for the next few days before delivery Friday sucks.
 
My Verizon pre-order shipped today and is on the way to Michigan from West Chester, PA. It shipped with UPS Next Day Air Saver. Will they really hold the package until Friday? Signature is required so I highly doubt it's just an empty return box.

I just checked it’s my phone UPS said they are delivering tomorrow and yes they will hold it until Friday.
 
I also got the your package is arriving tomorrow email. Wouldn’t be box to mail back phone since I chose to drop it off in store.

When I clicked the tracking info though it says delivery Friday. But the email shows tomorrow between 1:30-5:30.

Assuming it’ll be Friday but what an awesome surprise that would be.
