searched my number on UPS and it shows delivery on the 28th, hoping that's true. Original promised date was 10/06.

Had an apple order white PM 256GB and a November 6th ship date. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 12 years they just texted me with an offer I couldn’t refuse
Cancelled the Apple order. Placed an order with Verizon for a white PM 512GB that ships this Friday and costs less. I feel like one lucky guy at the moment. Now hopefully it ships Friday the 29th like they claim 😉

My iPhone 15 PM 512gb BT that had an estimated ship date of Oct 6th just shipped. The status already updated through the Verizon app, before that I checked the FedEx app and it said scheduled delivery pending. Weird thing is there was no tracking number or date or nothing, either way I’m happy it’s on it wats way
Keep the faith, I think you will definitely get it before then!
If not it’s okay either way! My current phone is still more than fine and will last me until whenever it gets in. 🙂

dropped ty the local verizon store on the 16th and preorderd a 512b promax, titanium. They gave a verbal estimate of about a week and a half. Later checking the order on line it said Oct 6, Then yesterday saw shipping notice. It left LA early this morning and arrived in Dallas about an hour ago. UPS says delivery by 7pm tomorrow so will probably pick it up Thursday when I go into town.
Congrats! That’s exciting. Gives me hope I might hear on mine by Friday, lol.

15 Pro Max in White. Placed the order on Monday after launch weekend and was quoted Oct 6-12. Got a shipping notice from Verizon with UPS tracking on Sunday night. Assumed it was the trade in box as this is two weeks ahead of schedule. Looked at the Verizon email and it said it was the phone but I didn't really believe it.
Tracking on Sunday just showed label created.
Package started moving late yesterday and then showed delivery today. Again, didn't believe it would arrive in a day and was still pretty sure it was the trade in box. Arrived at 10 am this morning and it's the phone!
There is a padded pouch inside the box for the trade in.
There is a separate thread on the Pro Max dates for Apple getting better. But this from Verizon is even faster than those Apple Dates.

Exactly. My 13 Mini is running fine at 87 percent (Battery Health) and will easily help me navigate the next two weeks. (My 15 PM Blue ships on 10/13 and is backordered.) Just need to have my lightning charger handy for the next few weeks because I do plug in my Mini a LOT to charge.
I feel for those not close to an apple store, makes it much easier. I ordered online on release day and picked up in store on the next day. 15 Pro Max.

Same for me so i waited till the stores were open on the 22 and there were multiple stores that had what i wanted for next day pickup.
Was my first preorder so not sure if it was that way before.
I’m debating on if I should preorder through Verizon or Apple for ISPU. With the issues that people have had I want to try ISPU.
I didn’t choose store pickup, because the times were slipping too fast so I chose to have it mailed.
Interesting but we decided to keep the preorder because the representative over the phone screwed up the order five times so we decided not to go through it a sixth time in person. That kind of thing can leave a customer feeling deflated and be like “screw it.” You know? So I’m going to just wait out the next few weeks cause like I said in one of my previous posts, my 13 mini is more than enough to last me the next few weeks.
I was more or less the same...if I hit any delays (which luckily I didn't) then my 12 mini could still hold out, though I believe it was just above 80% battery health. Had to be near a charger a lot especially near the end.
See? That’s why I understand your pain because we Mini owners understand that the Mini line (12/13) is simply not designed to handle real world demands. It was perfect for a pandemic era world. My weekly real world interactions involves a lot of texting (Has a family member here that loves to text all the time while I’m out doing errands) and I use Uber quite extensively which eats battery through location tracking a LOT. So since Apple was forced to go USB-C on the iPhone and my two year upgrade plan was coming to an end in October, with this website’s information and rumors especially about the leaks about which version of the iPhone 15 lineup had the best battery. So I decided to go in the opposite direction of what the Mini was size wise. I originally Had settled on the Green iPhone 15 Plus until my friend and relative both showed me a better deal and suggested I get 15 PM instead.
Now that I’m reading about all these issues the PM has, I‘m worried that I may end up returning it and go back to my original plan to get the Green 15 Plus instead. We’ll see once the PM gets here. But I believe whatever I end up with will be more than enough to deal with my real world needs. That is what I know for sure.
EDIT: I would be remiss not to mention that my 13 Mini‘s battery probably took a serious hit once I updated it to iOS 16. If iOS 16 wasn’t a battery hog, my Mini would have easily sat at around 95-97 percent by now. But oh well we can’t have everything that we want.

My experience with the 12 mini taught me that I really value battery life more than I even initially thought. I haven't had any issues with my 15 PM to speak of in my daily use, and the battery life it's getting is excellent especially relative to the mini. I really wish Apple was able to produce a more power efficient phone in the mini form factor...hopefully that can be revisited someday.
Yes, it has taught me that battery life is really important and it’s my number one priority now. That’s why with the information coming from this website, I decided to go BIG by choosing one of one of the 6’7 variations from the iPhone 15 lineup. Not everyone has a great experience with the 15 PM because who knows if I get lucky and end up getting sent a good unit out of the good batch. Or I may get unlucky and end up with one of the bad PMs. Like I said in my above post, time will tell.

I was able to find a 15 Pro Max Natural Titanium 256 at a local VZW store online. Got an agent to verify the item was in stock at the local store and placed the order. Received order confirmation and signed the agreements. Now lets see if this actually happens or if the order gets canceled.
